Okay so it comes exactly as in the picture the problems start from there the plastic has sharp edges around the nose and eyes ect where excess has been cut off and these can rub on parts of your face while wearing it, second the strap i quite liked the strap on first glance it looked soft enough then i realised its almost impossible to not get your hair stick in the velcro no matter which way you face it especially if you have longer hair and finally i was really disappointed with how long this stayed cold the little beads in this mask specifically start to get warm almost instantly after less than 4 mins the mask is warm to the touch from your body heat and is no longer cooling this also caused a problem becaue the mask was never cold enough for long enough to actually do anything a flannel dipped in cool water would last 10x as long and wouldnt catch my hair so i think il stick to that for now

I suffer from really bad migraines but this mask helps get rid of them. Would definitely recommend.
