Very pleased with this product.
I am totally satisfied with this product. It is a perfect fit and I have no problems with internal reflections. It only took about 5 minutes to complete and I work slowly and carefully when I am unfamiliar with a repair. No you don't get instructions, but watch a youtube video to see how simple it is. If you are careful to remove all remnants of the old adhesive, which was very easy with the included plastic tool, you will have no problem dropping the new one in place.for a flush fit. I chose this kit because it had 2 lenses for a couple of dollars more. Other product reviews made it sound like the glass was super fragile. I had no problem and now have a spare, which I will probably never need. I didn't need the toolset because I have done other phone repairs, but this one is by far the most complete and should equip you for any future phone repair. Definitely a quality product. Be smart when putting the new lens in - don't press on the glass with your finger. Use the flat metal bar or one of the picks to distribute the force evenly across the lens and you should have no problem

Easy DIY
Taking the old lens off was far more difficult than I expected, but the replacement is just as good as the original and this is EXPONENTIALLY cheaper than paying someone else to do it. Still getting tbe same great quality pictures!

Didn't need the housing. The extra tools were worth ordering this though.
TLDR;If you need just the glass, this isn't the item for you. Gets the job done, but I'm not sure about the glare that this might produce in photos vs the OEM glass. Replacement difficulty was moderately easy and 10 minutes of time. Replacement difficulty for the whole housing would be harder. In depth;Seems of decent quality, definitely not as nice as the OEM. Not a 100% replacement seeing as there's a minuscule edge sticking up (maybe .5 mm) after put in place. The original glass had a rainbow effect to it when looked at from reverse, so I'm sure it's a special kind of lens glass. I'm a bit worried this will produce glare in the sun, don't have much choice in the matter right now though. The replacement was on the easy side. Just needed a dull plastic spudger, a hair dryer set to max, and about 10 minutes of my time. Had to remove from the plastic housing it comes in. I already have the tools included but it's always nice to have extra even if they're cheap. The glass is housed in a piece of plastic which is pretty much useless. What you'd have to go through to replace the glass with the housing intact would be ridiculous if you just needed to replace the glass. If it wasn't busted you'd have to drill holes through the old plastic housing to get it out, place the new one in and melt the plastic pillars sticking out of the replacement housing back into the backplate of the phone. My replacement procedure:Remove the backplate of the M9 (tip - heat the top plastic cover for about a minute with a hairdryer to preserve the adhesive underneath)Heat the broken glass with a hair dryer for a few minutes on both sides of the backplate (careful, the backplate will be HOT)Place some packing tape over the glass if it's shattered and start pushing the glass away from the backplateClean up any adhesive left behindTake the protective plastic off the replacement glass and set it face down (plastic side up) on the included clothHold the glass in place with something pointed that won't melt or leave marks on the inside of the glass (The included black spudger will melt a bit)Heat for 45 seconds to a minute with the hair dryer (an actual heat gun would probably melt this thing)Pry the plastic piece away with a blue spudger, it comes off adhesive and all quite easilyPlace new glass in the backplate without putting pressure on itHeat with the hair dryer for about 20-30 seconds and then place light pressure on the glass and you're done

Not worth the trouble.
I think it was my fault but this was not easy to replace. I messed it up and ended up buying the whole lens assembly on ebay. Not much more money and super simple to put on. IMO, skip this and buy the whole lens/bezel assembly for something like $8.

Excellent, but with stipulations.
I purchased an LG G3 for a song, and the only thing wrong with it was a cracked camera lens. This product worked as anticipated, and the phone looks and functions like new. HOWEVER, if you are not comfortable working with tiny parts that require precise placement, then you may not want to try replacing this lens yourself. Also, there are no instructions, but anybody with any experience working on small electronics should be able to figure it out.

MUCH CHEAPER THAN GOING THROUGH SPRINT!!!
Everything was included to make the repair, plus some extras for future repairs. The repair was super simple and the lens in this kit was the exact replacement part. For the price, this kit was definitely worth it. It's only a few dollars more than just the lens from any other seller and comes with way more to make it a great buy. I highly recommend this product if you have a broken lens on your HTC phone. $10 to fix something that Sprint wanted to charge me $200 for.

Working Camera, Yay!!
Found the tutorial on YouTube on how to take the rear case off of my phone. Swapping out the lens was a cinch! Make sure you use the black scraper thingy to get all the old adhesive off. Only glitch was putting the phone back together, but that's a phone issue. The product was A+++ and it's awesome to have a working camera again!! Depends on how the glass is broken, it's possible to remove and replace it without taking the phone apart.

Almost a full 5 stars
The only unsatisfying thing that i could say is that the suction cup was too big, but everything else was great.
