Negative rake, radial arm circular saw blade.
Negative rake tooth geometry, radial arm, circular saw blade. Specific blade for cross cutting natural Softwoods, Hardwoods and composites. Anti-splinter design produces superb finish due to the number of teeth on rim of blade. Ultra Thin Kerf saw blade. 2.4mm kerf. Warning : If your radial arm saw has a riving knife fitted to the machine, this must be thinner than the 2.4mm kerf/cut produced by the saw blade. I use this blade on a dated machine which is compatible and safe. Elu, PS 174 Pull-Over, portable crosscut/mitre saw. Trade quality Freud wood cutting saw blade. Manufactured in Italy. Did not stay sharp for long.
Used this to replace my DeWalt blade in my mitre saw. Firstly I used it for cutting laminate floor in two rooms. The blade sparked against the laminate when cutting, but the cuts were neat. The next job was cutting oak skirting. By this time the blade was already blunt and scorched the cut ends whilst filling the room with smoke.
