Perfect SD card for Sony A6300 for 4k video and burst mode.
Once I understood write and read speeds needed for my camera for burst and 4k video this card exceeded all the requirements without having to use PRO cards (which enable much faster data transfer). For 5 more than the the lower spec card I am now confident that my camera is working optimally.Bargain price etc. I therefore ordered two cards. One for each camera.PS 64GB devices holds more pics/video than you'd ever care to lose. Hence did not go for 128GB (which I have in my phones - for static storage).

Fast & (so far) flawless. Exceeded my expectations.
This is badged as swift but not the fastest to write to and for downloading. All I can say is, coming from using much earlier cards I'm shocked how amazingly fast this card is.Capacity is way beyond my camera's battery capacity - I'll have recharged the camera 4 or 5 times and still have half the memory card unused. Was a bit nervous about not buying Sony's own brand memory card for a £300+ Sony camera. Needn't have worried.Glad I bought this one.

Sandisk's most cost effective SD card
These are the most cost effective large SD cards around from Sandisk. Yes, the Extreme Pro's are faster but you will pay for that privilege. These are more than man enough for the job if you are recording video, even 4K and unless you are heavy on the shutter button, should be good enough for most photographers too.

Very good.
Does the job. Works like a normal SD Card. In my Nikon D5300, it says off the bat that there are 7.9k photo space on the SD card which is a dream!

Average read and slow write performance
Sandisk does twice the better than Kingston SDA10/256G[1] according to crystalmark benchmark. But it's still average considering the Sandisk specs. The speeds for big files (32/23 R/W Mbps) are decent but still nothing what the card is supposed to deliver (Specs: 90/60 R/W Mbps). What is mostly dissappointing are the write speeds for small files in PC use: about 1 Mpps is not much better than a standard HDD drive.Pic 1 - Benchmark of exFAT formatted drive, 98% full. Attached to Samsung 9 series laptop's internal card slot[1] Kingston SDA10/256GB 256 GB UHS-1 SD Flash Memory Card, Black, Goldhttps://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00PH5VBFQ/EDIT: Please consider the crystalmark results as informational only. My Laptop may be using USB 2.0 for SDXC which would explain the low scores. At least "USB Drive info" software by Uwe Sieber reports USB 2.0.

Format first.
Using this as a hard drive for data on a new laptop that came with a small SSD drive. It failed a couple of times to save Excel files securely but once it was formatted at NTFS rather than exFat all is now well. I still have a backup regularly just in case, but doing the job well. Arrived on time and well packaged.

Great for long 4K video recordings
Have been happily using this for a couple of months to record travel videos. It gets put into a Sony AX33 camcorder and left on record for up to four hours, shooting 4K/25p at 100Mbps and has been absolutely fine. One glitch I had was a camcorder issue, I’m pretty certain. Quite happy to buy another of these.

I got this on a fantastic deal and it is amazing how much it can store. I use it with my Sony A6500 and always record in 4K for my YouTube channel. I also use for pictures and there are no issues with speed.
