This is a great little ball. I haven't blown it up to the fullest which allows me to hold it behind my knee, between my knees and to push it both sides with my hands, it is helping strengthen my muscles.

Good but doesn't come with a pump. Smaller than a Gym Ball, so doesn't take up as much room to store.

I recently purchased this yoga ball, and while I was excited to use it, I was a bit disappointed. After having it blown up for a week, I noticed that it isn’t a perfect sphere; it’s lightly misshapen, which affects its stability during workouts. When I try to use it for exercises, it wobbles more than I expected. On the plus side, the material feels durable, and it’s comfortable to sit on. I’m hoping it will eventually regain its shape, but for now, it’s not quite meeting my expectations. Overall, it’s an okay product, but I wish it had a more consistent shape.

Easy to use and deflate for storage when finished. I have used it for physio following an operation, and it's been reallly helpful in recovery.
