Short shelf life!
Very disappointed that this product has been sent out to me with only a 3 month self life on it which means much of it will is likely to be wasted! I have bought this product a number of times before from this seller and this has never been a problem before but I would not want to risk this happening again in future.

Favourite soya milk
This is the only soya milk I will use. It’s blended with apple juice which takes the edge off the bitterness of soya and I suspect has some contribution to its frothability. We steam this milk and it does end up with a creamy texture and good froth. It tastes good to me and my husband will drink it so it must pass as a suitable non-milk alternative for those who can actually drink milk. My top tips are:1. Always shake the carton otherwise it can be watery as the contents settle.2. Don’t over heat it or it loses texture and feels watery. I like my coffee hot and it can take quite a lot of steaming. Which is one of the reasons we use it.Enjoy!

Froths well. Tastes good
I've tried many barista milk substitutes but always come back to this one. I have a cheap Lidl milk frother and this is the only one that will froth thick and creamy. The other thing important to me is the flavour and texture of which both are really good as it doesn't take away from the coffee and you are not left with a weird after taste. It isn't milk but then it's not pretending to be. It's a very good alternative if, for whatever reason, you don't want to use milk.

Not cheap, but goes a long way and is great in coffee
It's pricey, but it's what the coffee shops use. I find I only need 100ml of it heated up and frothed (with a cheap ikea frother) and that's fine for my morning cappuccino/latte or whatever. Stays fresh for a lot longer than milk too, so even though it's pricey, it's not too expensive when you use it properly. Oh and it tastes amazing and doesn't curdle (I always heat mine before adding it) like most soy milk does with coffee.

can’t buy these in any supermarkets!
love the flavour and texture in hot drinks of the barista much more than standard soya and I cannot find it in my local supermarkets so I’m happy I can buy it in larger quantities and for a reasonable price

Good date
Nervous about buying this as expiry date not given. However, ordered it 12th Jan, arrived 13th with expiry date 16th May. Some 4 months. Great news as I have given up trying to buy this from supermarkets.

really delicious
I tried this milk because I've used Apro soy milk for years, and the reviews on this one said that it had a better flavour. I have to use milk to take my huge pills four times a day, and hated the taste of the Alpro soy by itself (even though it tastes far better than other brands), so I decided to try it. It's really tasty, has a nice, smooth flavour, and I don't have to use chocolate sauce in it if all I'm taking is the pills. I only have to add a little flavouring to swallow the nasty liquid medicine I have to add to milk twice a day, so this is really great. I'm now ordering this regularly.

Soya barista professional
This new soya barista professional is quite nice but I have to say I prefer the earlier version ( as pictured above) to this version. It seems the older version has been discontinued, which is a shame but I can live with this one. It froth’s nicely for coffee and still tasty on cereal
