These work like a charm! I took them for a couple of nights when I was pretty anxious, put me to sleep and woke up feeling refreshed. I honestly consider taking them regularly now. All in all it was a positive experience buying these.

These worked like absolute magic, I'm not really a fan of pure melatonin, I don't look for something to knock me out, I wanted something to help me relax and ease some anxiety, these did the job and then some, i'll be taking them on tough work days when I need some help sleeping, and considering the natural ingredients, might consider using them long term as it says it supports a relaxed mood on the long run.

I tried this for 14 days consecutively. I did not see any difference in my sleeping experience. I would not purchasethis item again.

I bought this mainly for the ingredient combination.However I have not been taking them consistently because I have not noticed a difference in sleep. Seems like a regular 5mg of melatonin has helped me more than this.Wont buy again..but like I said the ingredients list seemed promising.Everyone is different I guess...just didnt work out for me

If you take ANY medication please consult your physician before using. I had a serious reaction to it . Do not use if you take with antidepressants!

These did work great for me. I did find that they helped me to fall asleep and stay asleep overall. I was pleased with them. They are kind of big and I did have a little trouble swallowing them but that just may be me.
