This is my very first ItaBag, and I couldn’t be happier!This bag is honestly much nicer than I expected it would be. It has several pockets/sections which are plenty spacious enough. The front insert is easy to remove and put back, and the material makes it really easy to work with when attaching pins.The zippers are smooth, and the strap is actually pretty long (I’m a big girl, and I’m able to comfortably wear this as a crossbody bag, as intended).Overall, the quality is wonderful for the price. Definitely worth every penny!

I have several ITA bags that are HUGE and cumbersome. I wanted something smaller that I could use everyday, so I saw this listing and I thought "this has got to be the right one." I bought it right away. It is a little bigger than I thought, but in the most perfect way possible. I love that the front panel zippers all the open so putting your pins in is a breeze. It also comes with a removable panel so I made the panel one theme and the inside another. So its like I have 2 ITA bags. The straps are sturdy yet comfortable, and the inside has two sections. I carry several A5 journals in mine. If you have to think more than 5 seconds to pick this bag up, you are mental. LOL

Great size and perfect for pin collectors! I used to use locking pin backs on a regular bag but the pins would still get caught on things so this was a game changer! Inner pouch that's double padded for tablet or phone and butter pocket on the back along with a small zippered pocket on the inside great bag!

I love that the bag allows for so much cuztomizability. It's spacious, it holds all my necessities, and it holds my pins really well! The insert is just what I was looking for as well.

I am very excited to use this bag--I have a bunch of pins that don't match any of my other themed ita bags, and this makes more everyday sense than some of my other fancier themed bags and backpacks. It's light but sturdy and I appreciate that it is plain and black. HOWEVER I searched the entire package and bag and it did NOT come with the insert as advertised! I'm upset I will have to order a spare.
