The engine stopes . No spark .installed the new coil . One pull it was running again.

It was supposed to include a switch which was not in the package. It even stated on the outside of the box that it was included.

After 15 years of use my original spark plug wire was dry rotted and started grounding out as soon as it warmed up. I tried wrapping it with electrical tape but that melted in no time. I had priced a new one from the Honda parts store in town but was shocked by the asking price. I then did a quick search and found this item. I ordered it and a few other parts and it was delivered the next day. It didn't come with any instructions or screws so note how you take the engine apart and save all the hardware to reuse. My original kill switch was still in great shape and looked to be a little more robust than the new one so I didn't change it out. It took me maybe a half hour to swap out the coil and plug and then test run it. It started right up and works as it should. I took off one star for the kill switch, but I am sure it would have worked if I needed it to.

This is a high quality aftermarket replacement. I have no complaints at all.I have a GCV160 power washer and needed a new spark plug wire. With this kit you get the spark plug wire, boot, a new plug and even a new kill switch.I would recommend this kit.

Installed this on a mower with no spark and it fired up second pull. Takes less than ten minutes to install, and comes with a new plug and on/off switch also - nice replacement for the money
