I have purchase another oceans alive from another company, but I came across with this one that it turn out to be even better than that other one . This one has a thicker consistency which for me that's even better. The taste is disgusting but it supposed to taste disgusting so I just drink it fast with water. I like to take this oceans alive when I go to my cycling class, it gives me so much energy while in class and also after I'm done with my workout. Every time I take this ocean alive , I feel so confident in everything I do.Thank you Oceans alive and will buy for ever.

The first time I tried this it was very noticeable. It could not have been a placebo that time. It made a warm feeling inside that lasted for hours. Every time after that I haven't felt that. But now at about 8 days I am feeling very strong physically and mentally. And also mood wise.The actual taste is irrelevant and not important. Why? You can add it to something. We have chocolate almond milk in our house now and it goes great in that and I just need a couple of ounces of the almond milk. Yes it can be pricey. I FEEL SO ALIVE! Makes me feel energized at the cellular level. Like drinking liquid sunshine, I can feel myself radiating inner light. Will probably buy for the rest of my life unless I find a substitute (doubtful, lol). Absolutely LIFE CHANGING ENERGY AND CLARITY OF MIND. So thankful to have found this product. Okay, it tastes horrible. So I put a few drop under the tongue and after a few minutes flush that out with plenty of fresh water or tea. That's the best way to avoid tasting it. I have been taking it for months for its minerals and other essential nutrients, while at the same time following a balanced plant based diet that includes several other superfoods. After almost a year, the health benefits are amazing and I plan to continue to include this product in my diet. I don't know whether it would help for someone on the Standard American Diet (SAD), but I imagine it would at least help some since it is so nutrient rich, and SAD is so nutrient poor.

I was not so convinced it really was helping me until I stopped taking it for a week. Boy oh boy ... I immediately felt tired and listless all the time ... my waking-up every morning was taking longer and longer for my head to clear ... then i started having cravings for sugar based products ... weird! Once I started taking my regular dose, the symptons went right away and I started feeling good again! Now, this stuff is really nasty to take straight from the bottle or even diluted in water ... my holistic dr (who is also a medical dr) suggested I add a dropperful to one ounce or two ounces of organic orange juice and swig it down like a whiskey shot. That works great, no fishy taste during or after, One of the ounce bottles lasts me about a month. One dropperful a day in the AM, first thing.
