Like others, I've been looking for a mattress that I could actually sleep on without waking up stiff or in pain, after having taken 3 bad falls on my back. After searching through and reading many reviews, I decided on this 10-inch full sized one. While it did take about 7 days longer than expected to actually ship and arrive, so far, the wait was worth it. I'd almost canceled my order, but I'm so glad I didn't!I expected it to be vacuum sealed, then folded in half before boxed, like one I'd gotten before, but it was only sealed and rolled, so it came in a longer box than I thought it would, which was nice, as I wouldn't have a crease in the middle to worry about. It is quite heavy. I had one of my adult sons help me take it out of the box when it arrived, leaving it sealed to sit in my warmer living room, then I had him move it to my room for me the next day. It was about 80 degrees outside when we opened it. I don't have AC, so it was comparable temps indoors that day. I've read the warmer the room, the faster it expands. It went from zero to 8 inches within minutes of opening. Then while we were cleaning and organizing my room, it had expanded the remaining 2 inches. In total that was about 2 hours, so the temperature of the room is something to keep in mind. It didn't come with instructions or the bag opener, like others had gotten, but that's ok, as he just ripped the end open easily anyway. It didn't have any smell that we noticed that others mentioned, although the paper (some kind of warranty paper) it did come with said that it could, which can be a given coming from a factory environment. He got it all set up on my metal platform frame and put on my mattress protector on for me. I then was able to put on my new sheets, blankets, and pillows, and was good to go in time for bed that evening.It's been 3 days so far, and in comparison, to my 3-year-old expensive spring mattress I replaced this with, I've not woken up with any pain. I'm falling asleep faster and deeper. I'd say I wake up refreshed, but it's been hard for me to actually get up because I'm so comfortable and actually reaching REM sleep for once lol I do feel like I've actually slept and refreshed once I do get up. It has a good firmness to it, but not super firm. I was worried about being able to feel the bars of my frame, as I'm not a small woman by any means, but I don't at all. It's been a good 6 years of sleeping on fiberglass filled foam mattress (which was itchy), couches, recliners, and a spring mattress with 2 kinds of toppers on it (I could still feel the springs), that have all been terrible, before coming across this. I don't really have an opinion on the coolness of it, as I'm not really a hot sleeper, although my 7yr old slept on it and sweat from it being so hot in my room (he's a very hot sleeper on anything no matter what it is, and my sheets and protector are even the cooling kind), so I'm not sure how it will be for others, but it's been comfortable for me, even when my room is in the upper 70s. I will say that it didn't add to the heat like my last memory foam mattress did though. I can't say how it will be 6 months, or even a year from now, but for now, I'm sleeping great, and I would definitely buy this again if need be!

This mattress started out very comfortable and easy to maintain. After about 6 months, one side started slumping and is now to the point that a person cannot sleep there comfortably. We have it set up on a study and level platform. We have turned it head to foot but the slump persists on the bad side. Now there is a significant lump down the center. We are average size people and don't sleep 9n the very edge. I would not buy this mattress again. Very disappointed.

I was a bit nervous to get this bed, but the reviews were good so I went for it. This is a great mattress. We got the 12 inch and it's perfect. It is definitely medium in firmness. It took the whole 48 hours to completely firm up. The edges don't squish all weird, it's still nice a supported. It fits the deep pocket fitted sheet. Its super comfortable, perfect for someone that likes firm but soft. I haven't had any body pains, which I'm so grateful for. My back is real picky about the bed I sleep on.Delivery was on time. Easy to unwrap. Definitely need 2 people to carry and maneuver the mattress where ever. I would absolutely recommend this bed for those on a budget. I'm more than happy with it. Will update this review with whether or not bed holds up over time. So far everything looks good, so I have high hopes.

This Novilla Full Size 10 inch Gel memory Foam mattress is really really great !After using it for two weeks, I can clearly feel the improvement of sleep quality. This mattress is very soft, but at the same time it is very supportive. It perfectly adapts to my body curve and makes me feel the perfect lying position. This mattress not only provided me with sufficient support, but also kept me in a cool and comfortable environment. I felt that I didn't turn over all night.
