Good fun!
Had this for a few years, but not used it very much...until now. I have a brick built bbq but not a black knight one. With a bit of bending to the brackets it fits fine. The main skewer part is square with circular cut outs where it sits onto the brackets, so measure your bbq and make sure it will fit. Because if its out and the skewer is resting on the square part it wont rotate properly. Sure a quick email to black knight will sort this out size wise. I have done pork lions and chicken. The smaller chickens that serve 2-3 are better than a normal size chicken for even cooking. You can always put two or maybe three on if your serving more. One thing to make sure is try to centre the the meat on the skewer and prongs as much as possible weight wise (so for a chicken the breast side is heavier than the bottom etc, its a bit of trail and error) this will really help with even cooking. The picture below was a small m&s chicken (3 for £10). Marinated in a mix called chilli willi! It was good!
