Big fan of Kaged supplements and this one does not disappoint. It has just the right amount of caffeine in 150 mg, which is great, because 200 mg or more can spike blood sugar. You can even get the stimulant free and buy separate 100 mg caffeine pills (Genius offers affordable 100 mg extended release caffeine pills) to control your caffeine intake. I personally try not to go over 400 mg of caffeine per day and that includes coffee and pre workout. Choc full of nuts half caffeine is awesome and so is Kaged Pre-sport which has 188 mg. The flavor is great. I enjoy it in a 16oz shaker with ice and water, shake it up and sip it throughout the first hour of my work shift or writing. Good formula, energy and focus for hours. Definitely recommend. It’s part of my monthly purchases. I wish it was a bit less in price, but definitely worth it.

I love this product I use it everyday

I like the taste a lot, sweet but not too sweet. I like it over ice. It’s great long lasting steady energy that keeps me going all day & performing my best. Mental fog gone. It’s worth the money the amount of productivity I get from taking this. The ingredients are so clean. It’s one of best products I’ve ever taken. Will continue to purchase month after month.

Less flavor per scoop. The container is taller and harder to reach the product. My second container of product was clumped together, but still sealed.These reflect kaged muscle not the company that’s selling it.

Taste is decent, but this powder has a smell of stinky feet. Haven’t really noticed any benefits from this supplement

Very small amount for the price.

I used to be so tired AFTER 4 OR 5 - I would drink coffee, yawn and complain till bed time. I drink this instead of my morning coffee and I have energy all day and night. I have been using just over 2 weeks and I am doing Laundry at night, reading the grand kids bed time stories. I am alive again. Still complaining a bit but.. it is better.

SO, I purchased this product to go along with some of the other supplements I've been taking while I continue my health and fitness journey. I had been struggling with having energy to complete daily tasks or found it hard to concentrate on one thing or another. I am not sensitive to caffeine so I don't think that is what is causing this extra boost. I took 1 scoop and to be honest, I probably only need a half a scoop. I have been flying around knocking out tasks I didn't have the energy to complete. I dont even need preworkout today!The flavor is good, but I will say my favorite Kaged flavor is in the Clean Burn with ACV! Ultimate favorite. This is definitely my second favorite though! (I have most of their supplements! haha)Great product, great brand! Their products deliver and made in the USA! Couldn't ask for more!!
