Super sticky and that's a good thing
I pull an enclosed trailer a lot which after a while the seams on the roof need a little maintenance. I have used silicone before but I am so glad I bought this. Easy to cut, peel and stick. I am confident that my trailer is watertight and have zero drips or leaks. Great product!

Amazing product & less expensive!
Your tape did a marvelous job sealing the separation between my end cap and roof. It was not installed correctly by manufacturer and we finally got it sealed with your tape and a tube of Dicor. Thanks.

Almost as good as the competition but much cheaper
I've always used Eternobond brand on my RV, but it is more expensive for my budget than this. So I tried this and it works pretty good. It isnt quite as sticky as the other, but does the job. I have noticed that it tries to un-stick at the edges in a few places. But keep in mind you really need to paint over any brand of rubber roof tape using rubber roof paint. The paint will insure the edges will stay down. I will buy again!

Butyl Tape was the solution
I used this tape to cover the edges of EPDM roofing that I glued to the plywood roof on the storage shed I am building. The EDPM was given to me so I needed a way to seal the edges more than the glue I used. I wrapped the tape over the edge of the roof and on the metal flashing. This worked very well. It has amazing adhesion which will eliminate my concerns that wind driven rain could lift the edges of the membrane.

Peeling up on corners and edges.
The tape did what it was supposed to, one big issue I had was how difficult it was to remove the tape backing. I wound up taking pieces of the adhesive off while removing the backing. Like I said it did what it was supposed to. After installing and traveling this product did not want to adhere. Started peeling off the corners and edges. So not really sold after my first review.

This really works and sticks very good
I gave it 4 stars as it is really too thin to make a great job. I recieved earlier than expected. I used this tape to repair a motor home roof. I used it on the sides , all around, as a start before rolling on the vinyl roof. It does stick just like they say but it needs to be thicker to give a better edge. I did carefully install the tape but it still has problems with looking straight on the edges. This is due to how thin it is. I prep the roof prior by scrubbing the area with soap and water and a scrub brush. Then I wipped the whole area with metholhydrate to clear any missed surface weathered area to insure adhesion. I used a white cotton glove to smooth the surface for a good contact and finished it off with a light rolling with a stainless steel roller that I bought off Amazon. (WORK 1.5" Stainless Steel Home Wallpaper Seam Roller ). I used a pair of scissors to cut the ends. (hint... I lightly covered the edge of the scissors with WD40 so the adhesive would not stick to the edge.) I found when installing the tape to leave everything on the role and stick just the end and start with the bottom edge and in stall only 6 to 8 inches at a time, otherwise if you loose control because of the wind or you drop the roll , not all is lost.ADDEDOK! I gave 24 hours in hopes the wrinkles would come out. NOPE. I did find if you installed the tape when it was cooler, it applies better with less wrinkles. Tape is easier to manage and looks more professional when you are finished.

Works like the more expensive stuff
I used this to seal part of my awning on my trailer and it seems to stick very well if you clean the surfaces first. Time will tell how long it lasts. Right now, I am happy with the results.
