Lovely, strong but flavoursome coffee pods for Tassimo machine. Perfect morning coffee. A little bit pricey though.

I ordered what I thought was Marcilla Cortada coffee pods but in fact received Marcilla Largo which is a black coffee so be careful when ordering as it will take forever for us to use 5 boxes but had discarded packaging. Apparently it’s a very nice coffee if your preference is black.

I was looking for a pod with a strongish taste, and stumbled across this Spanish brand. I was expecting something slightly bitter with a kick and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. It has an intriguing aftertaste and a smooth texture, an absolute delight. Not rough or heavy and moderately strong without being overpowering or difficult on the palate. Delivery was in two days by Hermes, so great service too. This is superbly priced, I'll be ordering more.

Marcilla coffees are a more premium price but there is a reason for this:-It is undoubtedly the tastiest coffee Tassimo works with.

Good solid black coffee. Not quite the same taste as in spain, but then I’m not in spain and I’m using crappy English water and a £70 pod machine so can’t expect too much. Good value

This is very good for the price. They lasted quite a while and worked well in my tassimo machine. Nice strong taste.

Update: it’s becoming more and more difficult to set the Marcilla up as a subscription. My last subscription failed and I had to order it from an Amazon supplier that doesn’t have subscription available. When i couldn’t get Marcilla, I purchased several Tassimo L’Or and Jacobs coffees that I enjoyed. But they are mostly unavailable in 80 count packages. I prefer to purchase my Tassimo pods in bulk. And I prefer Marcilla. FYI, my adult daughter has lived in Europe for over 7 years. She is very fond of the Marcilla, too. It’s smooth, and fabulous. When I have guests who prefer American coffee, I give them maxwell house and save this for those who can appreciate it.Living in Europe for a while changes one’s taste in coffee. Marcilla is truly a divine, sublime European style cup of coffee. American Tassimo brands I had previously liked now seem to taste something like cardboard. The best European style Tassimo brands I’ve tried are Lor and Marcilla. I also some of Jacobs, Nabob, Hag and Gevalia that are ok. Non-starter European style brands are Tim Horton (Canadian), Kenco and Costa. Other non-starters are Maxwell House, King of Joe and the other US brands. Family members who’ve also lived in Europe approve of Marcilla and Lor. Those are the only 2 they’ll drink. I haven’t tried Illy yet. If the price point becomes attractive, I will give it a try. However, I’m 100% satisfied with Marcilla. I hope Amazon keeps the 5-pack 80 disc Marcilla in stock.

Update.In my previous review I said that was taking to long to receive it, but this time I received in 5 days.This is the best coffee for Tassimo coffe maker, my only concerm is if you don't remember order 2 or 3 weeks before that you finish your coffee pods, you don't will have coffe for a couple weeks. (take to long to receive it)

muy rico y ien de precio, pero hay que comprar 10 paquetes y en cualquier hipermercado esta al mismo precio, llevando solo uno.no lo veo logico.

Great taste and fills good size cup. Loving it.
