If you like word search puzzles and want a bit more of a challenge than the typical word search, this book is a good option.The book includes 112 word search puzzles. Each word list contains 90 random words listed alphabetically. The thing I like about this book is that all of the words are real words, nothing made up just to fill the space. It contains a lot of uncommon words or words not used in everyday vocabulary, though I knew most of the words in general. On the pages I have done so far, there have been four to five words on each page I am not familiar with. I looked up the words online, and each was indeed a real word. So I have also learned new words by completeing these word search puzzles. The words are listed in a font that is easy to read and I think the type font on the puzzles is large enough for most people to read easily. Each puzzle has taken me a couple of hours to complete, but not always in one sitting as sometimes I do a little and then have to go to other things and come back to the puzzle later.The paper is high-quality. This is a thick book - with the answer key, it is more than 325 pages. The only complaint that I have is that the publisher could have put two puzzles per page in the solution section to cut down on the bulkiness of the book. Each solution is on one full page. The solutions appear back-to-back, but putting them one per page probably added an extra 60 pages to the book. Just be aware that this is a thick book.No complaints otherwise. This is an enjoyable book with just the right level of challenge. It's not too hard, not too easy, and it takes more than 10 minutes to finish each puzzle, which keeps your mind occupied and working longer.

I purchased this for a gentleman I work with who has autism. He can go through one of those dollar store word search books within a couple hours, which can get expensive. Now he needs to focus more and completes one puzzle a day. So glad I found Extreme Word Search books. I will be purchasing additional books!

My spouse loved her gift..She's in a nursing home and word searches are all she does. Loves the more difficult ones, says they're more fun.

This is one of two Word Search books I ordered. Finally one that is full page of challenging words. Also a place you can time yourself from start to finish. Don’t care about that. I have several books but some are just too easy. This one is not

The pages are so thin you can see the words from the previous page right through it. I do not find the puzzles challenging at all. If you want a really challenging puzzle book, Ultimate Word Search Challenge by Puzzle Finity.

This word search book is excellent. Because of my technical writing background I usually find these books too easy and don’t enjoy them. This book made my mind work, and I had to look up most words which was fun!It’s a big book, with about 100 words per page. It lasted me many weeks, working on a page or two a day. I highly recommend this for people who’d like a bit of a challenge.
