I purchased this schoolbag because my daughter previously had the same make in a different style for primary school. Unfortunately, this time after only less then 5 months use, zip is broke and the bags ripped. Bit disappointing that you can no longer contact the seller because to much time has passed…. Hmm yeah less then 5 months is how long you would expect a schoolbag to last. Really disappointed!
