Wrist strength is just around the corner!
The media could not be loaded. Seems very solid. Has been working well for the first week. Fun for the whole family. I bought it for myself, but my wife and daughter use it too!

Fun once you figure it out
This takes some practice to get it to work. Once you practice it enough, it's easy to get it started. It really works your forearms.

Good workout
The media could not be loaded. Can be difficult to load up and get the correct wrist movement for strength therapy. Can start with one hand and then transfer to other hand for strengthening therapy. Have dropped it a couple times no damage. Rubber grip is a big plus. You can build up some torque and increase the weight and pressure for good workout.

Warning: This item is very fragile and easily breakable.
I owned a similar product about 25 years ago. That device did not have a self- winding system like this one I just purchased but it was indestructible. I dropped it on a hard surface many times and it never broke. This new purchase I used once and dropped it once. That one drop on a hard surface broke it, rendering it useless. After carefully reading the again I saw I should have been using the wrist strap. I am very disappointed in my purchase, but apparently it was my fault that it broke. Why does new and improved always mean more fragile and destructible?

Fun, Quiet, and Effective for Grip Strength - Highly Recommend
I purchased the Wrist Trainer Ball Auto-Start Wrist Strengthener mainly to improve my grip strength, but it has turned out to be more than just a strength-training tool for me. I find myself frequently using it while watching TV, and it's become an enjoyable part of my routine. One of the best features of this wrist trainer is how quiet it is. It's perfect for use in a living room setting since it doesn't interfere with my TV watching. The ease of use is also a big plus. There's a bit of a learning curve to get it started, but once you've got the hang of it, it can really provide a solid workout for your wrists and forearms.I've used a different wrist strengthener in the past, but this one is a significant step up in terms of quality. It feels smoother in operation, and I've noticed it's quieter and spins better than the previous one I tried.Overall, I'm really happy with this purchase. It's a fun and effective way to work on grip strength, and its quiet, smooth operation makes it a pleasure to use. I definitely recommend the Wrist Trainer Ball Auto-Start Wrist Strengthener to anyone looking to enhance their grip strength in a fun and engaging way.

Takes practice to use
Once you get the hang of it, it worked well. Seems to work the range of target muscles, good value.

This item really concentrates on strengthening the wrist and forearm muscles.
Amazing unit for focusing on strengthening forearm and wrist muscles. Plus, this unit auto-starts rotation. My last unit wasn't and required a string wrapped around unit pulled like the old mower pullies. Great item.

Seems to have a break in period
I bought this hoping it would help with wrist/ hand issues. Initially it just didn’t seem to work, ball was stiff and wouldn’t accelerate nor keep rolling. Maybe it was my technique, but I suspect it was a case of breaking it in. I persevered and all of a sudden it work as I expected. I have to admit being somewhat of a skeptic, I can actually feel a difference in my wrists/hands. I recommend trying this.
