Like a glove!
Install was super easy as the guide provided clear instructions. It did feel like it caused the headset to sit shallow for the first couple of minutes until the fabric relaxed. Now I can't imagine playing games without it. Definitely solved the problem of having to over tighten the headset to get a secured fit.

Still get forehead pain
Doesn't remove forehead pain like advertised. giving it a 2 star instead of a 1 star as I found making the headset very lose does lower forehead pain a bit.

Makes your Quest Pro float on top of your head.
Very comfortable head strap. It makes the headset float over your head, and takes pressure off of your forehead and the back of your head.

A Step backward in comfort
Product arrived in a timely fashion but wasn't adjustable enough to accommodate my head size. Strap ended up too large and didn't provide any additional support for the headset. Additionally with the strap wrapping around the front cushion I found it pressing int my forehead uncomfortably. All in all it was step backward for headset comfort. Going to try a strap that wraps around the sides of the headset instead.

Pretty Good
Makes the Quest Pro a lot more comfy to wear. Distributes the weight of the headset more evenly on your head. After putting it on my forehead now thanks me. It was relatively easy to put on, took me less than a minute. One complaint would be I would like the front strap to be a bit longer so more room to adjust for a looser fit.
