Very good product only one issue.
These wheels are super well built. Easy to install and low profile. The only drawback is the difficulty I have in locking and unlocking them. They are super hard to lift and depress. Maybe if the levers were longer it would be much easier.Other than that these really are a superior built product for the price.

Good value for the money
Update/Edit:These are still decent casters. I didn't change my rating. We dont use the cart these went on much, so we're not pushing the brakes I'm worried about. No problem so far, but its only been 8 months.I did want to share the attached picture of what they looked like after only a month or so outside. I had installed them on the cart for a while before having the cart stripped and powder coated. When I took them off for powder coating this is what I found. Looks like oxidation. From my metalworking experience, this looks like an anode/cathode reaction between dissimilar metals...like steel and aluminum, they dont like to be directly in contact with each other. I lubed the bearings well with silicone spray when I put them back on.I'll try to remember to report back if they fail. For the price, I cant expect 10 years out of them out on my deck. They are too small for rolling easy on a deck anyway so it wont break my heart to replace them with bigger ones in the future.Old review:These are the cutest little casters. I'm a little worried that the brake tab you step on to lock seems a little flimsy.I bought these to go on an old wrought iron serving cart I'm having stripped and powder coated. The mistake I made was not realizing how rough the tiny tires would be rolling across the wood deck. Smooth on a smooth surface, but a larger caster would have been better for a wood deck. I'll use them and see how it goes.I dont know about longevity. If they deteriorate quickly I'll try to remember to update this review.

The "rubber" has a lifespan of just under 2 years.
I had purchased the 2" casters I really liked these for my small desk. I have wood floors so they rolled nicely at first. My desk isn't super heavy, it's a stand sit type of thing of metal and press-board. Two 27" monitors on a dual arm. both fairly modern and light. a laptop on an aluminum cooling stand and my mechanical keyboard. The whole setup (desk included) I can lift pretty easily, I'd estimate it all weighs 80 to 100 lbs combined. each of these 2" casters are rated at 110lbs each so combined they should handle a 400+lb desk. The brakes worked well but in hindsight were probably the component that killed them. A few months ago I stated to notice hard chunks of black plastic on my floor. I couldn't figure out where they were coming from until recently when a whole half of "tire" came off in a large enough chunk for me to identify it as a wheel. I never took this desk off-roading or did any burnouts. I typically just spin it to face my bed or my spraybooth/workstation, 2 times a week at most. There is a small area rug that it sometimes has to climb onto with a wheel or two to get to the workstation but it never encounters any rough terrain. For the price I did get nearly two years out of them so I'm somewhat satisfied.. But two tires are now just the white plastic cores with some chunks of black still stuck to them in places. I'd have preferred to pay a few more dollars and gotten some better rubber.

Bought BLINDLY hoping they'd fit, and they did.
I bought a large "desk" for my wood working room in my house and wanted to put casters on them, and these fit perfectly, glide well on the tile and are quiet. Only complaint is that even with a foot they're a little hard to activate the break. OTHER than that these worked out great.Update: Original intentions failed. The work desks these were for, didn't work out, Now I could go in and cut wood to fit inside the legs and put a lot of effort into fixing it, but that's not happening. SO instead, I decided to build a PC cart out of shelving wood I bought and these worked perfectly for that. These glide over everything with minimal effort. And more than hold my weight and my 100LB PC's weight (the case is mostly the culprit there, tempered glass everywhere). SO, new function, NAILED IT, original intentions, not their fault. The cup that held the height adjuster feet was flimsy and cheap TPU, so the wheels bent under the weight due to the TPU giving, not the wheels themselves.
