Good step trainer, but not tall enough
This was a nice, sturdy step trainer but it was not tall enough for my needs as it only had one step. The steps locked nicely into place but I returned it because it was not tall enough for my needs.

Strong & Sturdy
I was weighing 252 when I bought it. It held my weight. I had 2 problems with it. It slid on me when I side stepped. But since then it's been sturdy. The problem is that the height extenders fall when I pick it up. Overall, I'm satisfied with what I paid for it!

Used as step stool
This is my second one. I have one in the kitchen and one by the front door. The one by the door helps me to get up and down the 6” step due to a bad knee. The one in the kitchen helps me reach things in general. An ordinary step stool is too high for me to get up on. I do not use this for exercise as it was intended, so I can not speak to its use in that way.

Good concept, failed execution
Cannot be used as delivered--extra height legs are stored in the main step, protruding past the wider step perimeter allowing the step to wobble. Good concept, failed execution. You have to store the extra legs some where other than where they were designed to be stored, within the main step. Using this for physical therapy as supplied will result in injuries to someone with reduced mobility who are directed to perform exercises on the step to improve their gait. The perimeter of the main step has no softer plastic to aid in preventing sliding

Starter stepper
Nice little cheap stepper. You can't use any speed with this stepper it is not quite sturdy enough. I being a newbie and rookie don't mind the cheap version first.

Works fine
Functional, but difficult to put together due to warping of plastic. Had to use a VERY large rubber mallet to seat the risers.

高さが15cmとの事ですが、実際は13cmしかありませんでした。インチの表記を換算すると確かに13cmになります。思っていたより少し低めでした。
