Please Read carefully
The good- comfortable, straps are helpful, doesn't rub like other braces, good strength. The bad- no instructions, went with a size smaller due to the AFO liner and it was still to big. I put it in warmer water before I used scissors to trim it down, which is not easy. I contacted them about this and was told I should have used gardening scissors. I'm very upset, because it did not say anywhere to use gardening scissors, so since I used regular scissors I can't return it if I cut it to short. I think they should let returns since it does not specify what type of scissors to use in the description plus it came with no instructions. I was in between giving it 3 or 4 stars, but being nice I gave them 4 stars. I would have given them 5 stars if they would have told u what scissors to use and now being told no returns. If they would decide to let me return it, I'd give them 5 stars

Really Comfortable AFO
I was skeptical because this looked difficult to figure out. But after seeing another review, it was easy. What I like best is that it’s completely padded, so no irritation at my heel. It fits into my shoes as long as I remove the sole insert.I’m a fan.

Good for wearing in shoe
Fits in regular dress shoe. I have a more supportive brace but it's way to big to put in a shoe. Now I can go out and not worry about tripping. Not too good for walking on tile floor because it slips easily. Good value.

Excellent AFO at a great price.
As a medical rehab engineer with post polio foot drop and ankle weakness I've used and worked with many AFO's. From the tedious foot and lower leg casting required for the common polyethylene AFO to the carbon fiber Walk ON by Ottobach. The Tairibousy resin based AFO is hands down the best on the market for a comfortable fit with an excellent liner, to the sturdy yet flexible resin footplate. There isn't any 'Specalist' fitting required, size is determined accurately by simple foot length measurement. There are similar AFO's on the market costing $300.00 that wouldn't have any better results. Customer service is great.

Excellent product!!!
This cushioned AFO brace is the BEST I’ve bought OTC (over the counter), since developing foot drop because my L5 nerve was trapped in my spine on 2 levels. I have a mild case, but since the nerve doesn’t fire into my foots arch, I definitely need support while walking & hiking. I had a custom AFO brace made, but it’s too big, bulky & I can’t drive my car while wearing it! It’s an unnatural position & my foot slipped off the brake, tapping the bumper of the car ahead at a red light! No damage, but this brace was perfect after putting it in my size 9.5 Hokas! The brace says,”L large,” but I ordered a “S right,” it fits & that’s all that matters!! Perhaps these are “irregulars,” mislabeled & sold much cheaper than they’re worth, but I’m keeping it bc it’s really comfy & the quality is excellent. I love the cushioned insert, the straps are really good quality as well. I only use the top strap, the X & lower shin straps aren’t needed for me. Don’t hesitate to buy this brace, I’ve had foot drop over 6 years & haven’t had a decent brace since, this one’s a keeper👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Better than my custom made AFO
I ordered this AFO while awaiting my custom made AFO. I've had multiple foot surgeries and as a result am suffering from drop-foot. This AFO is fantastic and has made a huge difference in my recovery and my walking. I finally did receive my custom made AFO and prefer to use this one, it more sturdy and much more comfortable. I like that it comes with many options on how to wear it so i was able to figure out what is most comfortable to me, which isn't an option on the custom made AFO.If you are considering buying this it is worth every penny!!

Fits perfectly; excellent foot support
This foot and leg brace fits perfectly, and is more comfortable than others that I tried because of the included padding.it securely supports my foot, and I have had no "drop foot" since using it.I use the wide Velcro strap around my ankle to better secure the brace without the "figure 8" strap, and it seems very secure and provides excellent support.I originally had some difficulty fitting it into a dress shoe, so I use it in a good quality soft leather slip-on which works well. I leave the brace in the shoe, and roll up my pants leg to put it on and take it off.Two suggestions to OPTIONALLY improve the comfort and "walk-ability";wear knee high socks, compression socks if necessary. If thin socks are worn, then use a thin, soft insole on the top of the "foot" of the brace to improve comfort. When I first wore the brace, I had a slight issue walking because my right foot with the brace was a tad higher than my left foot without the brace, but this was quickly and comfortable resolved by using a PAIR of foam insoles in the shoe without the brace. A single pair works fine in the shoe without the brace, but put the top insole right side up, and the bottom insole (designed for the other foot) right side down, so BOTH will fit properly in the show without the brace, making your feet level, rather than one "short".

Most comfortable foot drop ankle brace!
At first I was pessimistic to buy this foot drop ankle brace as I have purchased many braces from the past in the same price range. I am so glad I made this purchase as this is the most comfortable foot drop ankle brace that is pain free no matter which shoes I wear. The straps keeps my ankle secured and feels great with the breathable soft padding which can be worn all day long with comfort. I would buy more in different color if they were available ;-)
