Kinetica Vitamin D Spray, 3000 IU, 120 Daily Doses

The peppermint taste is great. and I like taking vitamins in a spray. But does one every know if this is actually working? The vitamin D test is too expensive to retake here and since I was only moderately low I figured I would try to take a suppliment and spend a little bit of time in the sun, but I guess I won't actually know if this is increasing my vitamin d, but it doesn't seem to make anything worse.. easy to take and a pleasure bc of the taste.

A lot less hassle and saves time. Just not sure I would pay more than about 10GBP next time. It is a quality brand that i do trust for nutrition, so needs weighing up.

For a variety of reasons, I do not get a great deal of sunshine at the moment and I certainly notice the effect. Starting and finish work in the dark in the winter months can severely affect people and I believe some don’t know that a simple spray such as this can make a real difference.Spray vitamins and minerals are an absolute boon for people who don’t like tablets. This is a simple procedure of one spray under the tongue once a day. Easy.The spray comes in a nice dark glass bottle which I prefer as it’s not plastic.The taste is peppermint. I’ve tried a few different Vit D sprays over the years and they all seem to be peppermint. This one is a teeny little bit oily for my liking though. One I used recently was much lighter in the mouth but it isn’t unpleasant and won’t affect my taking it.At £15.99 this works out at around 13p a day which is incredible value for a decent percentage supplement these day. Recommended.
