Brilliant shampoo bar bought a few people this who have carried on and bought more, lathers up great no nasties in the ingredients and hair looks an feels fantastic.

Perfect for damaged hair

I'm not sure if it's working for hair growth. I have trimmed my hair in 4 years and I'm not sure if that and all the split ends are contributing to my hair situation (I also have PCOS).But it's easy to use, and leaves my scalp feeling clean. You definitely need a hydrating conditioner for your hair with this. But for a scalp shampoo, I've enjoyed it. Hasn't gone down much yet. Might keep using this product in the long term.My routine for 3C hair is:Friday night I shampoo my scalp, giving it a good massage with this product.I wash it out.I massage rosemary and castor oil into my scalp.I put avocado oil in my hair (great for low porosity hair).I think wrap my head in foil, then plastic, then foil, then a durag.Leave for 30 minutes.Take off helmet.Leave oil in my head for the day.Then condition out with hydrating shampoo/conditioner before bed.Leave in conditioner and avocado oil hair.Place in braids.Durag.Don't touch my hair for 3 days.Add undo and add rosemary water to my scalp (some people re oil).Leave my hair out a bit.Before bed braid again and keep it like that for 2 days.or wear it open so it can breathe or style to go out.Then repeat.Good luck.

Brought this bar shampoo on holiday to save space and weight in baggage. Wet the hair, rub the bar back and forth and you will definitely be surprised at how foamy it is. Doesn't burn the eyes. Easy to rinse and smells lovely resulting in soft hair....

Convenient for holiday, lathers up really well, was good for washing sand & massage oil out my hair. Get it’s ‘squeaky clean’, appreciate that isn’t for everyone but was what I needed after being in the sea every day. Hair felt pretty soft once dry. I wouldn’t bother for home use but will definitely buy again for holidays and trips away. Will be good for avoiding liquid restrictions on short haul / cabin baggage only trips. Only disappointment was that I wasn’t able to find a matching conditioner bar

Very cleansing only needs a bit to lather it doesn't condition the hair though

They come about medium size, but after using, it seems like it'll last a long time. Maybe less time for people with lots of hair to wash. The initial smell is super strong and seems like they used too much menthol. But after using it in the shower, it smelt and preformed great. Natural ingredients and the travel tin is nice and travels very well. No leaks. Happy with the product.

I followed with any conditioner. After using this soap bar once though It shrank, must be from the heat, I kept it in the shower, I think these bars should be 150g so thery can last. It is a great product nevertheless as it lathers really well and smells like rosemary but in soapy shampoo form.Combining this with a healthy diet with biotin, exercise occasionally and collagen supplements, I used to take before the pandemic does promote healthy hair growth and does help 10x more, than using any topical treatment alone. Why? Because when hair grows outside of the skin it is already dead cells, so the benefits only help at the scalp level and from the inside of the body.After using this product, my hair felt so clean and fresh, I got some in the eyes though and it stung a bit.
