Plastic Bag Sealing Clips for Snacks, Foods, Anti-oxidation Clip Sealer 2 Pack (8Large 8 Medium and 8Small)

I actually love these, they are fantastic for all purposes from sealing the coffee bag to making sure your bag for rabbit hey is closed properly. I actually use these for so many things around the house. The quality of these clips are very, very good, hard plastic, sturdy and not easy to break which is great if you want to seal things properly. I think it is a great bargain and you can not get any cheaper than that.

I’m a 36 year old divorcee and I have only just purchased some bag clips... I finally feel like an actual grown up. After years of looking at friends bag clips and feeling like a failure I can now purchase a share bag of crisps and use my very own bag clips to keep them fresh rather than doing the fold over and hope for the best method. Truly life changing....

I got these for clipping bags that were headed for the freezer. Unfortunately nearly every single time the clip has snapped while I was trying to get it open after being in the freezer but they would probably be OK for bags that are not going into cupboards or the fridge. They can be difficult to close unless the bag is quite flat without any creases.

These clips break far too easily. They are made of very hard/brittle plastic and if you use one to seal a bag with any folds in the material of the bag (which is necessary if you are trying to seal a bag wider than the largest clip) there is no give in the plastic and the little retaining clip breaks off. Since buying I have had to throw away at least half the clips because of breakage. I am comparing these with some similar clips I bought in Sainsbury’s many years ago which are made of softer, more giving, plastic and have a larger lip to the clip, which are still all intact, but unfortunately I could not find to reorder.

I wanted to seal bags being placed in the freezer. Not unreasonable an expectation that these would last for more than one use, I thought. However, once really cold these clips become so brittle that on taking them from the freezer and attempting to open them, they just snap. So one use is all you get. And only the largest size is of any real practical use, nothing fit in the smaller ones. All in all a disappointing purchase.

I bought these as they were a double pack and a good price. Beware however they are not as strong as they seem and snap very quickly. I’ve lost about half a dozen now due to the end clips breaking. I like the fact there’s different sizes in though. Overall you get what you pay for and they work buy too much force to clip together and they’ll snap.

These clips look very nice and there is a lot of different sizes and colours. However, they are difficult to close on most plastic bags if they are too thick. Also, I have found the ones used on bags in the freezer get brittle and will break if not opened gently.There are probably others that are better quality and easier to use

I liked the very simple design and the variety of sizes. I use them for resealing bags such as rice pasta etc. It some times takes a couple of attempts to get the right size for the product and when the item as near the end of the range of sizes to be closed it can be a bit difficult to actually close the peg resulting in the need for a bit of force. Overall a good buy.
