2 x 20W T4 Flourescent Tube (578mm inc, 568 exl pins) Tube for Undershelf Cabinet Fitting

I have 2 tube holders and this is about 1 or 2 mm out of fitting perfectly. They just don’t quite reach each end so go out often so I just have to touch them slightly to get them back on. Very frustrating as I can use the tube cover without them turning off. I measured correctly but no where else I can find that sell the tubes I need for either of my fittings.Edit November 2021, one bulb blew quite dramatically after many times being tapped to reconnect. It was so hot when I removed it quickly it burnt my hand. Wish you could purchase these somewhere the correct measurement advertised. Seems a lot of them are just a couple of mm too short

Ordered these as replacement for old blown bulbs , took measurements precisely and yet found these did not fit.As others have said they were too short and not the length advertised.Yes I was refunded, but I had to pay £5 to return them. Hence I am out of pocket through no fault of my own .

Bulbs were great. Size seemed off a few mm which makes the difference when. You need specific size. The worst part is they say they offer pick up if needing to return but they don't, you need to pay out for currier... their measurements seemed wrong. Also be careful if you you prefer someone to pick up your return... not worth the hassle

We found these to be a fraction too short, wondering if they are seconds. They work but occasionally the tube loses contact and you need to tap the tube to get it to come on, and even put a small piece of tin foil on the terminal to help with contact. We wouldn’t purchase again.

The tubes arrived before due date, they were well packaged to prevent damage, unfortunately one bulb was faulty, contacted the seller regarding the broken bulb, the seller was very prompt in replying and resolving the issue to the customers satisfaction, would use this seller again and would highly recommend them.

We bought a supply of 4 of these for our kitchen cabinets. We only needed one but thought having spares would be useful. The pins on the first tube broke off when we tried to insert in the fitting. The second lasted about 2 months before it stopped working. I requested a return from the company but was refused on the grounds that we were "out of time". This is a poor quality product. Certainly do not buy more than one bulb before making sure you are happy with the product. Maybe I have been unlucky but I doubt it.

Good tubes, pay attention to what sort of light they emit unlike I did though.

I had to return this product because the diameter was wrong for my fitting. I was refunded without any problem. Great service.
