I have mature yet oily skin. So I'm constantly on the look out for a product that fights lines AND break outs. For years I used a high-end lotus product line but it's gotten too expensive so I was thrilled to find this reasonably priced option. It leaves my skin feeling a little tight at first but I have a nice glow and matte finish the rest of the day. As for the pump not working, occasionally there will be a tiny clog that makes it spurt out. This can happen with any lotion. Easy fix, just wipe with your finger or tissue before each use.

Makes my face feel soft and refreshed.

The effectiveness of this product will of course vary from person to person. I experienced no bad side effects. It smells good, it's not greasy, it doesn't hurt my skin. I'm used to pumps on beauty products sometimes just kind... spurting out if I'm not careful about how I press the top. Basically the pump functions the same as every other kind of pump I'm used to - sometimes too much, sometimes too little, sometimes just the right amount, sometimes it goes flying across the counter. The serum itself I have no complaints with.

Great for those who cannot or do not wear perfume.

I got 10 uses of this and it ran out. I used very little each time and I'm very disappointed.

I have been using this a while and I do not see any changes in my skin.

Normally, I love Burt’s Bees products. But the pump on this product is AWFUL! Either nothing comes out, or WAY TOO MUCH comes out. Will not buy again unless they sell it in a tube.
