Energy saver!
This product has saved us hundreds of dollars in a few months on our electricity bill. Our water is gravity fed from a natural mountain spring. Temperature adjustment takes a bit to get use to and adjust. Shower are awesome with endless hot water. This is my spring/summer review. We shall see how it performs through winter at -30 C

Good for small house in close proximity to the taps
It is easy to install, level 3 (30 amp) is insufficient in alberta where I am unless you turn cold inlet flow way down that just makes baths impossible and showers just ok on full hot. Gets man hot, most women would find it Luke warm. Shower is good with a high pressure shower head otherwise it sucks on 30 amps. Works great on the sinks. I highly recommend running it at the full 40 amps if you want more flow in alberta. If a person could move it close to the shower it may do better but for me I'll need to upgrade the electrical to 40 amp 8 guage wire or go back to traditional nat gas/tank.

So far, so good
We bought this to replace the old 30 gal water heater in our condo in Hawaii (1 bed, 1 bath). We only had a 30 amp breaker and was hoping this would be enough since it worked on 10,20,30 or 40 amp. Was pretty straight forward to install. The only issue was after I hooked it up, it would not come on, but after looking at the manual it was because I had low water pressure. I located the pressure regulator for my unit and turned up the pressure and it came right on. I ended up having to turn the unit down to 20 amps because 30 amps was way to hot. So far we are very happy with the purchase and would recommend it.

Hot Water for Less than a Minute
We have 2 of these and we were very hopeful that they would work. We researched multiple times how to try to adjust them, to get them to work & we only get hot water for less than a minute & then it turns cold. It’s very disappointing!
