Super quality. The cover opens almost fully to allow easy insertion of duvet. Would definitely recommend.

At outset, this brushed cotton duvet seemed perfect - soft, warm, looked exactly like the photo etc. However, I started to notice the material was leaving strange blue stains all over my skin after sleeping in it at night! The blue dye has even come off onto my towels etc after I shower in the morning and stained them. After putting the sheets through a few washes to try and shift the dye, the problem still persists.Do NOT buy this item, you will inevitably have to throw the sheets away like I have. Very sad waste.

Very nice. This is lovely and soft and cosy but i would recommend washing it before first use, otherwise you will wake up looking like an extra from Avatar as the blue does rub off! Fabulous bed set though and really great quality, thank you.

Flannelette?? I don't think these people know what flannelette IS! Feels more like a cotton tea-towel. Dread to think what it's going to feel like when I wash the starch out. Colours aren't nearly as pretty as the picture, either. For the price I would have expected better

After sleeping in a brushed cotton bed a few months ago I was eager for my own brushed cotton duvet, there's something about them that's so cosy and comfy!! This duvet did not disappoint, it feels quality. However it does need to be washed before first use, for two reasons, being it didn't feel quite as good before the wash and the blue dye will leak a lot before first wash. The blue dye leaking is definitely not as bad, but does still leak a little bit, onto white bed sheet underneath and you can kind of see it on your skin, but I think this is just a case of it being new, after a few washes it should be fine.

Very disappointing. Firstly, it's garish and bright, unlike the photo which makes the colours look rich. Secondly, it felt incredibly hard, which is not what one wants from brushed cotton bedding!
