Pretty sure if you looking for product like this , you already know what and why it's for... Only thing i could say tastes disgusting with water 😂 like aspirin . It's alright tho with orange juice 👍 not sure if it works with me , but I'm keep on trying 🙄

Helped cure my joint pain and leg cramps.
I was taking dandelion root and nettle leaf as a diuretic, however, I was also experiencing increasing joint pain and leg cramps. I read up that the cause of this could be the diuretics taking water out of the muscle and joints so I stopped taking them which led to an improvement.What did make a noticeable difference was taking creatine which puts water into muscles. For me, this was a benefit as it led to no more cramps and less joint pain. It is not recommended to take creatine and diuretics combined as they can cause dehydration.
