I really enjoyed this dvd
I am a committed Jillian Michaels and Bob Harper person. I regularly do their dvd's. I fancied a change and find a kettlebell workout to be an effective one. I really enjoyed this dvd. Amy is not annoying which is a big deal. I don't like people squeaking encouragement in that daft girlie way.. you may know what I mean perhaps. that sends the dvd straight to the charity shop. I burned nearly 400 calories according to my HRM, and I am still getting used to the routine. I was also left sweating a lot which I like. All in all I am pleased with this purchase and would recommend it. It is 40 mins.

I have found this DVD very easy to follow especially as I'm a beginner and can feel the benefits. Something I particularly like is that there is a thorough warm up at the start and cool down at the end. I would recommend doing the modified version at the start (by following the lady on the left), and this is mentioned on the DVD. Be sure to have a bottle of water and sweat towel handy as it gets your heart pumping.

Worth it - a good workout
I love this workout :-D. It's as good and enjoyable as Jillian Michaels Shred it with Weights and Angie Millers Bootcamp, with lots of variation and no time to get bored. As with most dvd's you can up your performance to make it hard as you wish.The only improvement I would make is the option for a 10 minute skip for when time is short. A good addition to my kettlebell workout section

Good work out
Fab DVD great work out and a lot harder than i thought it would be as i have been using Gillian Michaels kettle bell work out and this one really works up a sweat and has me huffing and puffing at the endThe time also flies in and the background music is motivating

Good all round workout
I have only tried this once so far, and found some of the moves challenging so am looking forward to mastering them. So, although I found a few of them confusing, I really enjoyed the workout and believe this will become a regular in my workout DVD collection. My arms and legs ache and boy did I sweat! :-D

Goes a but too fast for me as I have a bad back and need to be careful with certain moves. I don't think it is as well thought out as her previous offerings. Shame as I love her tabata and hiit dvd's.

I like this one, it is a good work out. You just need to be a bit careful as very dynamic
