MATTRESS COVER Single for Moving or Storage (Large Polythene Bag)

Bought this for a single mattress that is kept under the bed for if / when additional guests stay over.It is suprising what dirt, dust and muck gathers on the mattress so I was inclined to buy a cover for it.The durability of this cover is a question, as it is quite easy to pierce / snag the plastic.It is more a 'one use' cover that could possibily be used again only with great care and attention (athough I must stress, it does the job it is designed for).It can be very pricey if you are looking for a more durable reusable mattress cover, so it might be that you end up, like myself, buying this product with the notion that "if it can be re-used it's made it's money"

Total waste of money (and we bought two). First, these barely fit the length of the single mattresses, making them difficult to close. Second, and most importantly, the plastic is so thin that it tore in several places, on both mattresses, just by being handled by the removal company. For the price, I thought not only would they hold up for one move, but that we'd be able to store them and perhaps use again another day. Nope! Straight in the bin.

This is a thin poly bag. Not what I expected for the price or the ratings it had received. I felt I would have been as well covering the mattress with bin bags and saving myself a small fortune.

I expected this product to come with some sort of seal but there is none, and as has barely enough length to reach over the top of the mattress it's hard to tape together. It's also very thin and the width is much larger than necessary - it doesn't seem to be made to fit a single mattress.

Seem very good so far. Have to use tape to seal it yourself. Plenty of room for single mattresses. Cheap product but quite good quality. Bought to send faulty matresses back.

did the job, moving mattresses to van and vice versa. Would be nice if they had some sort of zip lock feature as had to use tape and stapes to lock it into place to avoid mattresses slipping out whilst being moved.

Inexpensive cover which was fine for a single move from a 7th floor flat via a lift to a transit van, then into a domestic property and up a flight of stairs. With a bit of luck and careful removal you might just get a second use out of it, but it is really a 'once only' product.
