Heavy duty
I have used other steam cleaners in the past. This made me reluctant to try another one. But this machine really puts out steam! I didn’t try to turn it down, but the copious amounts to deep steam was amazing. Cleaned my sinks, tub and floor in the bathroom. I used an old cleaned cat litter bucket for easily transporting water for steam. Worked really well.

Does not work at all, awful quality
Just squirts water, does not steam, it has been like this since it arrived. What a waste of money! So disappointed in this product.

Difficult to use.
It is kind of clunky, it didn’t really provide an adequate amount of steam to clean shower.

Need more videos
This is my first heavy duty steamer, not enough videos available to help guide using it. On YouTube found similar but it is not clear how to use the brushes because you can’t use the steam function. I like the steam temperature but not for original purchase.

Little Steamer
Overall the unit is good for the price point. Read instructions on the steam function. Prime with water and be patient and it will build up steam. Mine takes maybe a minute to build temp to steam. So far so good, item is working as it should. Delivery was good and packaged really well.

Small but powerful
Amazing steam machine, I work in maintenance on a company with multiple restaurants and I’ve used it for many things, from deep cleaning greasy stuff to defrost refrigerators.The steam option is easy to start if you read the instructions. The hose for the gun is long enough as well as the cable and in hose for the water.
