I bought this for my Halloween costume and it’s better than I thought it would be. The fabric is not that cheap Halloween fabric. The dress is a bit snug but that’s because I have wider shoulders, I did get a 2X even though the size recommended by Amazon was a XL. The 2X fit great for me I think a 3X would have been to big. I’m 5’5 and it does reach past my knees.

Got this for a Ren Fair and got tons of compliments. HOWEVER, THINGS TO NOTE: 1. it took less time to get than they said but thats not saying this will always be the case. 2. the dress looks like it would be knee length or just above, but on me it was quite longer and i am 5'4" so id say almost midi length on me. there is room at the hem to shorten it but u will have to spend time and money to do so. 3. its not nearly as pouffy as shown either, so if you want that look you will need a petticoat slip underneath. i didn't have time to get one or i would have. 4. size runs slightly large but not too much. 5. fabric is thinner than i expected but the details of the dress make up for it imo. 6. the back has a corset-like criss cross ribbon that will allow you to adjust the fit at the waist SOMEWHAT. 7. the fabric is also kind of slippery so the cuffs tend to roll down. i safety pinned them pretty easily but u cd also have them sewn if u want to DIY or spend the $. LASTLY, it comes EXTREMELY wrinkled so you really MUST iron it - tho i wd recommend just have dry cleaner press it for you bc the dress has layers and a bib and bow tie and it took some time to get it right. if you try to wear it without pressing it will just look hideous. and that's it! not too bad considering most any costume will need some work or adjusting out of the box. i still recommend as once its all done it looks pretty sharp. just leave yourself enough time. and u can accessorize it as u like. i had fun wearing it!

For clarification, my first image includes additions of accessories that are not included with this dress :) I’ll start with my only warning which is the fact that it didn’t come with the black bow for the chest in the picture which worked perfectly for me because I had plans to alter the outfit with a different bow anyway. The dress fit very true to what their provided size chart shows so make sure to check your measurements before ordering as these don’t come in typical US sizing. I am plus size and am happy to say that I did not have to purchase the largest size available for this to fit and makes this feel inclusive, especially in the cosplay world as finding premade cosplay for plus size is very difficult, especially at prices like this. The material is very comfortable and breathable, and there is surprisingly some light stretch to the fabric that I was not expecting which is a bonus for me for comfort. If you want the full poof effect I would recommend purchasing a petticoat for underneath for support. Additionally this came faster than expected. Overall I am extremely happy with this purchase and have already ordered another one in a different color and would recommend to anyone to purchase this dress!

I returned this item due to how HUGE it was and how cheap the fabric felt. The fabric is like a Halloween costume instead of something made to last and it was too big for me to wear at all.

While this looks good for a costume, it did not meet the measurements presented un the bust and arm width were both too tight by about 2 inches. The material is similar to a men's dress shirt rather than a uniform jacket. Excessive starching and ironing made it serviceable, arrived wrinkled and shoved haphazardly into a bag. The aiguillettes were very low quality and I replaced them making my own braided variant which somewhat salvaged the look.

Decent quality, but way larger than expected.Intended for use as a theme outfit, and would have been happy with it for the price, if it had been anything close to my size.

I paid more than I normally would for a costume but it was well worth it.I received lots of compliments when I wore it to a party. Very detailed and mdr well with quality material.Size fit was even good.

I'm trans, and fairly big at 6'4".This dress fits perfectly without even fighting to get it on. It's got a zipper under the arm and buttons in front so I'm able to leave the back ribbon tightend and not readjust every wear. Looks great on too, especially with a petticoat and tights underneath. The only thing that falls short is the bow, which is held on by a safety pin that makes it difficult to position correctly.

Beau matériel de bonne qualité

It looks pretty! Needs a crinoline to wear with it and her sleeves were way to long! But an easy fix. She will love it when we puff out! A fun outfit!
