I was very skeptical using a 6ft bar. I'm use to a 7ft, but with limited space I had to downsize to a 6ft. I have no complaints. This bar is so comfortable. Grip is great, and it feels very professional. The black color is a nice touch. Its well worth it. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get a 6ft bar.

Just received my new LIONSCOOL 4.9 ft Black Olympic Bar. This thing is beautiful and extremely well made!!! The knurling is perfect, the bushings and bearings provide a long silent spin, and the deep gloss black finish is gorgeous and looks a lot like Cerakote. Shipping was FAST after I ordered and, in fact, it got here a day early! Packaging was awesome too with the bar being inside a very strong thick cardboard tube, sealed at both ends with plastic caps, and the tube was inside another shipping box - great care by the Seller to double box to protect this heavy bar. Also included with the bar was a Thank You card and a large pictorial workout chart which we will frame and hang in our home gym! Nice touch! Great product, great Seller! I've heard from other garage gym owners that Cerakote (or high-quality stainless steel $$$) is the barbell material of choice to not have to deal with rust. This was the lowest cost Cerakote barbell on Amazon, and as a bonus it has high weight capacity and nicely spinning (non-ribbed) collars for Olympic lifts.I've used the barbell for a month with no issues. Time will tell if the Cerakote coating remains intact and if the collar bearings require frequent maintenance. I will update and lower my 5 star rating appropriately. For rough usage (like frequently dropping the barbell or banging it against unpadded metal power cages), I could understand being reluctant to trust the Cerakote coating durability, but so far, so good with my gentle usage.

I don't have the space for a full size Olympic bar so I bought this for my bench works great also has multipurpose for other workouts!! Kind of a win win for a small workout room in my basement.

Very solid bar and can handle heavy weight and abuse. I got the red bar and really love the color. Sizing and all is pretty standard. Only thing is knurling is quite smooth so I don’t use it for bench or deadlift unless I use straps.
