Legit professional cartridges
I use them daily now. I recently had a chance to use other brands and I think I will just stick with Bronc. The other brands were fine, but these are better. And it’s not particularly close. It transfers into the skin more easily, and the needles are definitely more stable than other brands.Flow was an issue for a moment but I just used a tad more ointment. After that smooth sailing and I am very pleased with them.

a good set of cartridges for beginners
As a beginner at tattooing I really like these sets of cartridges that come with the various needle sizes, because it means you don't have to spend more money buying the various sizes you need to start out with. These are a little pricier than some of the other sets of cartridges that I've seen, but still the price isn't too high for 50 individually wrapped cartridges.

Nice cartridges that promise "Big Savings". Not sure about the how big.
The first thing that struck me about these tattoo cartridges by "Bronc" was that the box exclaims "Big Savings", not once, but three times. I'm not so certain that there are big savings here, but the cartridges are very nice. These Bronc cartridges are attractive and have a very nice, very subtle blue tint. Ti's very light, but visible toward the edges of the cartridges. It's nicer than those that are clear, but of course the tinting of the cartridge does not contribute to it's function. The cartridge is made of thick, medical grade plastic, with internal stiffeners for added rigidity when working. They have a yellow top plug, which is made of soft silicone rubber. Another distinctive feature is the rather large and unusually shaped window/port over the tip and well. It's sort of an oval. The needle bar is nicely made. It attempted to show this in the pics, but it's a bit of a challenge. All of these are round shaders, also known with the designation "RS" at the end of the size and needle number description. In this particular set I chose: 1203RS, 1205RS, 1207RS, 1209RS and 1211RS. As you can see they are all the same type (round shader) and all built using the number 12 needle (0.35mm) which is thick and has a short taper at the tip. These will pack a lot of ink and are very sturdy due to the thickness and short taper. This is more of a traditonal needle size, and the number 12 needle use in tattooing goes back many decades. All the cartridges are sterilized and packed in blister packs. On the back of the blister packs is the size & style (1205RS, for example), the lot number, and the date of expiration.Nice cartridges. I did do some price comparisons, using current pricing online. These are actually on the high end for 50 cartridges. You'll want to compare price and quality before committing to a particular cartridge brand.Be aware that these cartridges are meant for use with rotary or pen-type tattoo machines. They will not work in traditional coil-type machines.

50 pack is a very desirable assortment to have on hand for most jobs you will get
#12-3RL/5RL/7RL/9RL/11RL will get your work done. The Bronco's fit the cart type pen machines just fine with no side wobble, or spitting. They all hold a good amount of ink for longer lines and less dipping. The backs of the packs of carts have the size indicated which is helpful, and the sterilization date, too. They eliminate the back flow of ink with membrane , and are bulk sterilized by gas method for safe tattooing, of course. They are worth a try, I find them handy and useful and that they are fine for tattooing, and i also use the "snob" carts and these compare favorably. Recommended.
