I’m on my feet all day
I love the color of this band and the support it provides. I do wish the products logo was printed on rather than glued on - as it adds bulk, but most companies seem to do it

This thing is LEGIT
My knee pain started when I wore a different pair of shoes for my ride, and unfortunately the cleat was out of position compared to my regular pair. Pain wasn’t too bad, so figured the next day the pain “like a miracle” would just disappear. I was wrong. The next day I went out after a few pedal strokes I was feeling it. So decided to purchase this brace to try and see if it would help. 3 days later I went out again(with the knee brace in my jersey pocket), knee was feeling fine, but after 20 or so miles started hurting again. At this point I put the brace on. It helped a little bit, but not much. I had read that it’s probably more of a preventive measure, and I’ll have to agree with that. 5 days later went out again(without it on), and after 20 miles it felt fine, but I put the brace on as a preventive measure as we were about to start a considerable amount of climbing. It worked. Finished the day with 0 pain. Went out again 4 days later, did 50 hard miles with the brace on from the beginning, and again 0 pain. 4 days later was the real test. Did a ride that was 104 miles with about 10,000 feet of elevation gain. Put the brace on from the beginning of the ride just to be safe. I’m happy to say, I finished the ride with 0 pain from my knee. The brace is pretty comfortable, and feels high quality. Highly recommended. Probably best used for preventive or for rehab use.

Didn't quite work for me
With a product like this, I feel like everyone has a different body shape and what doesn't work well for one person may be perfect for someone else. With that said, I will not make a recommendation one way or another, but will simply state that this didn't work for me.The issue I had was that the scratchy part of the Velcro irritated the back of my knee when my knee would flex and the strap itself tended to work itself out of position with frequent movement. For background, I purchased this to provide patella stabilization while cycling. As I would pedal, it would rub as indicated above and eventually worked its way out of position and would end up where it was completely ineffective. My physiology may be different than yours, so it may work for you, where it didn't for me.

Great Support!
I have a tracking problem in my (L) knee, which has resulted in chondromalacia patellae. The discomfort is intermittent, so when present, this brace cushions the impact. It allows me to walk, hike, and move about on uneven surfaces with adequate support.I will not go anywhere without it!Thanks!Robin P.

Great
I started wearing these knee pads yesterday. What a relief from the pair I was wearing that cut into my skin below my knee. These are padded and so comfortable to wear. I am glad I bought them.

Design Flaw - Product has changed from the advertised images
I have added an image from the advertisement on Amazon. In the picture you can see a black plastic buckle which has a strap of a width similar to the buckle so its sitting nicely in place. However on the product received the manufacturers have scrimped and put a narrower strap (Probably cost cutting) so with the new strap being 10mm narrower than the buckle when you come to tighten the straps the buckle rotates and sits awkwardly and digs in the side/rear of the knee.DR Arthritis, please check your QC on this product, and challenge your manufacturer against the design specs. It looks like it would have been okay otherwise but had to return it for a refund as it was useless with this flaw.

Sorprendentemente efficace
Provato con molto scetticismo come ultima possibilità per continuare a giocare a tennis con un ginocchio usurato dall'età. Invece rivelatosi efficace. Sola controindicazione: se siete scarsi a tennis, restate scarsi.

Quite aware this product may work better for others
Quite aware this product may work better for others, my knee damage may be worse or different in nature. However there is a very basic design fault in the product. The buckle where the strap folds over so that it can then attach to itself using velcro is far to wide for the width of the narrow strap threading through it, so this buckle is then inclined to twist lengthwise instead of holding vertically when the strap is pulled and under tension, and any tension created is then lost. This is counter-productive. Not sure why nobody else seems to have experienced this easily remedied flaw.Happy ending though, replaced the original twisting buckle with a normal narrower round key O-ring of my own, and the strap is holding quite firmly now. And the makers have since been so sincere as to recognise the problem and organise a replacement fit. So genuine sellers!

Surprisingly effective.
I've had problems with my left knee for several months Getting in and out of the car and going up and down stairs had both become increasingly difficult. I've tried Voltarol and Flexiseq ( both expensive) as well as oral pain-killers, all with little benefit. I ordered this product with a degree of scepticism, but have been pleasantly surprised at its effectiveness. I wear it all day, and though I am not completely pain free when performing the aforementioned movements, my mobility has improved. I take it off, when I go to bed at night, and have been able to sleep without the dull ache that had been keeping me awake. I am 68, and overweight, but would recommend this product as worth a try if, like me, you suffer from painful knees, particularly bearing in mind the reasonable cost.

Doctor Arthritis Knee Brace
If you’re someone like me who suffers from regular knee pain and clicking of the joints resulting in knee flaring up; and leaving the whole knee area in pain. Can reduce the ability to walk and bend down properly without feeling some pain or discomfort in the knee. There is a solution for people suffering from Patellar tendonitis (jumper’s knee), Patellofemoral pain syndrome (runner’s knee), Chondromalacia patellae, Iliotibial band syndrome, Patellar tracking, and Generalised knee pain. By wearing an expertly designed knee brace by Doctors, from Doctor Arthritis brand; they include a helpful handbook that gives you information on treatment tips, rehabilitation and exercises. Dr Arthritis is a specialised healthcare company, by two Doctors practising at St Mary’s Hospital. My first impression of the product was that it packaged nicely and the knee brace was compact in a small box, with other contents such as the Handbook. I must say that I like the touch and feel of this product; it’s rather smooth. The brace itself doesn’t require much adjusting simply unstrap the Velcro, nicely sliding it through plastic rings. Then adjusting the brace under your knee cap, and tightly strapping the Velcro around your knee; so that it doesn’t move or slide down when moving around. So, is this product any good for my knee pain? After trying on this knee brace, I have realised that this product works differently to other people, and sadly this product has little to no effect on me. In hindsight, I have also noticed that the plastic rings, will brush against the back of my knee and feels discomforting; to resolve this, I move it down slightly. This brace does help me walk properly and reduces my knee clicks. As it does keep the Patellar in place; however, it doesn’t do anything for my knee pain or discomfort.
