This little bottle of magic really works! It has a roll ball applicator, so u gently work around joints and then it works on the muscles too. I would think this would work well in the winter time. When the cold really make's the joints stiff. See what you think! every body Joints are different dew to age and ware and tear!! Written by Helen.x
