Received quickly. well packaged. easy to assemble. Extremely pleased with this bike, 18 gears, good if only using for normal cycling. When motor engaged, extremely quick. Very pleased with product and would recommend.

I had to pay someone to put it together for me, but I am delighted with it. Delivered on time and good quality product. Exactly what I wanted.

This bike has one of the lowest step-through frames available, which why we chose it. OK to put together if you are reasonably mechanically minded. The finish on the frame is excellent. The steering is lighter than a normal bike because all the weight is at the back but after getting used to that my wife loves it.

arrived when it should. spent about as much time unpacking it as it took to assemble it even though it did not come with full instruction. use it to go and return from work, ideal for the job and it gets me up a steep hill towards my home no prob without using top setting.

really pleased with bike only2 weeks old but hopefully many more years from it great custermer service by phone which is such a bonus these days also straight through no waiting

Fantastic bike perfect for my usage such as shopping and generally getting around and into town. It seems quiet to me i can't hear the motor except when under severe load such as going up steep hills or when start up or pull away from a stop, from a stop the motor seems to give you a boost for a second or so, very handy if you choose high setting when at dangerous lights or junctions the boost in high accelerates you away very quickly.Hills and headwinds are no longer a dread instead i'm enjoying cycling and getting good exercise without the pain.For a budget bike it's a good build, modern unisex design fitted out with everything for urban riding. Personally i would recommend upgrading the V Brakes to a Shimano set as the ones supplied developed screeching even in the dry on my bike, my local repair shop recommended fitting Shimano and after fitting no more screeching cost me £ 60 total to have them supply and fit. You could do it yourself it's easy enough just need a tool for cable tension. ( I have made links to all the items at the end of the review )I also changed the seat for a Selle Royal you do need a wide seat because on this bike you ride in an upright position and it's all about how your sit bones rest on the saddle and this Selle saddle makes for comfortable ridingAlso fitted a Filmer rear mirror to the handlebarsI would recommend this bike to anybody looking for a budget commute or general use bike having looked at other more expensive makes of E Bikes it seems you have to pay almost 2 to 3 times the price of this bike to get anything really better in terms of a runaround urban bike. It is a budget bike but decent enough specs make it a very attractive buyI get around 30 miles per charge at a reasoned but rough guess of the distance I've travelled but of course it depends on power usage, my cycling is mostly all in low power and i wait until the red led's on the handlebar controller have gone down from 4 to 2 lights with the power in low power selection and then i recharge. The battery level indicator on the battery shows 1 red and 1 green bar so about a 1/3 power left in the battery. Pretty good range for 30 miles( my guess ) of cycling on 2/3 of the capacity. Pleasant to deal with, prompt dispatch and well packaged. No problem with assembly, but with no instructions, some bike maintenance or mechanical experience would be useful. Once assembled (about 1 Hour ) riding the bike comes as a shock as the powers comes in. Like having a big hand giving you push from behind.One word of warning, the other advertisers on the Amazon site do not have the bikes and according to Fenetic Wellbeing they are the only suppliers.Having tried first to buy from the other advertisers on Amazon they do not have any Fenetic bikes and appear to have been hacked by persons unknown. I have reported this to Amazon and hopefully they will take down these apparently scam adverts.
