Good taps - straight forward to fit and if you have low water pressure they make a real difference. Very pleased.

These taps look good and feel as if they will be good for some time but, I removed my old taps and tried to fit the two copper 15mm pipes into the bottom of these taps but they wouldn't fit in. I was lucky enough to own a dremel and was able after some time to "bore out" the fitting in the taps to accept the pipes, but what a nuisance and very time consuming, I nearly threw them away and yought some from B & Q.

Brilliant! Good quality and easy to fix. Ordered another pair.

My best friend is a plumber and when he installed thes taps he found that they wouldn't fit the standard copper pipes used in the UK. He had to file out the copper pipes so they would fit into the taps. He did state it could be a bad casting but quality control at the factory was sadly lacking. Taps are now working OK but doubt they will last that long.

The taps are excellent. The hand grips are nice and chunky and my arthritic hands can easily turn them on. I'd certainly recommend these taps to others and point out that the price was very reasonable too.

Taps are fine a few reviewers seemed to have a problem connecting the 15mm tube. Mine have a proper tap connector fitting with a fibre washer, which is the right connector for these taps. You can't fit 15mm copper pipe straight to the tap.

The ‘H’ and ‘C’ for on each of the taps were not printed correctly and the ‘H’ wasn’t straight - it’s like it was written in italics. I contacted the seller and no response. Crap product and crap service

Great look really nice in our bathroom and very functional. just wish they had supplied brass nuts instead of plastic.
