It took about two weeks before I really started taking notice of subtle changes in my daily routine. I am able to say for certain that DIM was responsible for the effects I’ve had. I love the fact the ingredients are so natural and healthy. I also love the fact this company is so transparent in everything they do. They don’t make any outrageous ridiculous health claims. They are very open about who they are, where they’re based, what specific ingredients they use, and what to expect. If you’re expecting some groundbreaking earth shattering change after taking this product, look elsewhere. I came in with very tempered expectations and wanted to see if I felt healthier using this product. I took it for 3 weeks in a row before I wrote this review, and honestly say that I feel better taking one pill regularly every morning. I’ve noticed no stomach sensitivity in case you’re wondering. Instead, on a positive note I just feel better all around since I’ve added this to my routine. I exercise daily and can say without a doubt I feel better physically and mentally.

I absolutely love this product. I hoped that it would hit me faster but after a week of using it, I am very pleased with how it has helped my adrenals and overall mood. I did not know what to expect really with this product, just that I had hoped it would be good. For the money, it is superior to other products like it. the product this company makes are always good in my experience so I guess I should not be surprised I like this one also. The quality is on point and while I do not know where they source their ingredients from, I do know at the very least that it is great stuff. After doing some research, I decided to include DIM with my daily intake of vitamins and minerals. I took the recommended dose daily with my breakfast for a period of 6 weeks. The capsule is standard size, tasteless and not too large to swallow. I decided to give this supplement a try as part of my strength training regimen and to clear bad estrogen from my body while allowing free testosterone to be released. During my self evaluation phase of this supplement, there were no notable changes to my health or performance. I have not experienced any increase or reduction in strength, endurance, weight, loss, or weight gain as a result. While I encourage anyone seeking seeking hormonal balance to consider DIM, I recommend asking your doctor if it is prudent for you to take this supplement.
