This is such an amazing deal, everything you need for the workouts at a very reasonable price.
The set arrived less than 12 hours after ordering, there are 5 DVD’s a toning band, a fit cuff and 2 1lb hand weights included which all fits nicely in the box for storage.I had been looking on You tube for a workout that wouldn't kill me but would leave me feeling like I've achieved something, most videos seemed to have very young trainers who look super fit with immaculately tanned bodies and leaping around performing moves to muscles that are a distant memory to a more mature person.I enjoy walking, but can’t always muster the enthusiasm to go out on wet cold winter days (or summer ones), I did have a treadmill but found it hard on my joints, (the dog didn’t like the noise of me thudding along on it either).So then I stumbled across Leslie Sansone I watched a couple of You Tube videos and started joining in, and found I really enjoyed it, she is enthusiastic and encouraging without being patronising.There are 5 DVDs , 2 target specific areas, one is a 5 day plan, the others are a 4 mile power walk and walk it off and tone it up where you use the toning band. The walk it off is a 5 mile walk, and you can choose which mile to start the DVD on, the choice is yours if you only want to do 2 then start it at that point, there is a warm up and cool down section too.As long as you can walk you should be able to do these exercises, there are four basic moves which are on each DVD the rest of the moves are extensions of these, the music tempo helps keep you in step,and in no time you will feel the old pump racing, but you can go at your own pace and believe me the time flies by, and the steps and miles just keep adding up.According to my Fitbit I burned 223 calories in 42 minutes doing aerobic exercise, I felt very energised afterwards and now hubbys gone to watch football I’m off to do another session.

I have used Lesley sansome dvds for some years now the older ones still in use, this one is much better the walks are harder more steps too. still fifteen minutes segments but they make u move just what u need to lose weight plus the extra weights and bands are a big help these will get u walking the local shops so much easier as u get fitter. as a older lady in my seventies I don't use the car so much as well now.u don't need much room either to use these dvds. plus no gym fees either. we were made to walk not race along at full tilt running.so good luck u fellow walkers .

Great exercise
I recently started slimming world to lose weight but also wanted to do some type of exercise. I don't enjoy the gym and wanted something I can do in my own front room. I found some of Leslie Sansone exercise classes on YouTube but the problem whilst following them it went off half way through and started another class. So I decided to treat myself to Leslie Walk a Mile DVD, this workout programme is brilliant and convenient for me and will help me lose the weight I need. You can go at your own pace low impact or high impact. I think I will be buying my mum this programme for Christmas. And would recommend.

Perfect for poor weather
Perfect for poor weather, a decent work out, getting my 10k steps in, in the comfort of my own home. Loving the whole set, the bands are decent quality too.

Excellent Value for Money
If you like Leslie Sansone Walk Aerobics or want a series of Low Impact Aerobic DVDs plus some simple weights and bands for strength training these are not the most recently produced but nonetheless represent excellent value for money.

A must have!
I love Leslie Sansone; she's actually made me enjoy walking through her sheer passion and enthusiasm for walking! I started off with her online Happy Mile walk and I've been exercising since. No gym membership or fitness programme has made me feel as happy and excited to take part.This is a really neat set, with great exercises to explore. It's like working out with friends. I can't recommend this highly enough. Super quick arrival too. Best money I've ever spent on fitness.

Great workout DVD
I really love this bundle, it really has benefitted me as I was suffering from high blood pressure. This exercise certainly helps to feel fitter and better. Very enthusiastic teacher and you have the options to make it even harder with weights as you become fitter.

Worth every penny !
Worth every penny. I am a long standing fan of Lesley Sansone, on u tube... she is an excellent motivator!!!!So this set has me walking even father... and will be a whole lot fitter and healthier.
