Fantastic Product and Service
Fantastic Product and Service!!I can't tell you how refreshing it is to have a company that truly goes the extra mile to ensure their customers are happy and satisfied. I had originally ordered two sets of inserts and Amazon defaulted to an old shipping address. When I went to the post office to see if they would allow me to update the address...they wouldn't. I contacted Nxtmile and Mark responded to me immediately and told me he would send two new sets to my current address. They were here in a day!!As for the insoles, my son has only worn them for one practice. However, he said his heels did not hurt at all but that his lower legs were a little sore. I assume this is because they need a break in period. I often get sore lower legs from new shoes. The big deal is that his heels felt great. He plays basketball and has suffered from Severs pain for years. I will be buying baseball insoles soon!Thank you again Nxtmile, you nailed it on customer satisfaction and product quality!!

Great insert for Severs disease
My 11 yr old daughter started to complain about heel pain over a year ago and was diagnosed with Severs Disease. We've tried various heel cups in her sneakers and cleats which have worked out alright. But, no doubt, the weekend of a soccer tournament...3-4 games later and she's sucking down ibruprofen and rolling her feet on frozen water bottles! Well, she asked for a full insert, so I found and ordered these. She just did 18 hours of soccer camp this week without one complaint! (Well, no complaints about foot pain, that is, LOL!) I recommend them to a friend whose son was just diagnosed with Several, too!

Poorly made
Very cheaply made. I put my daughter in them instead of her heel cups that she wears for severs and she hurt so bad, she couldn't walk the next day. We are back to gel inserts and heel cups and it is alot better. Dont waste your money like I did.

A must for kids with Severs
We have been buying these insoles for all of my daughter’s athletic shoes - soccer for cleats, basketball for basketball sneakers and football for regular running sneakers. Earlier this season, I forgot to get her basketball insoles and within weeks, she had pain. It’s not a magic pill, and she still needs to stretch and ice (why is there no stretching as part of youth sports????), but the difference is immediate, she can actually play with nxtmile insoles. I recommend these to everyone.

The Solution For Burning Feet!
A Varsity Basketball Player, my granddaughter informed me that these insoles did a great job in resolving the burning sensation she's had before these became part of her footware . . . a great product, highly recommended to others!

Helps a lot!
My son was always complaining before he started using the insoles. Not anymore. I was skeptical, but when he doesn't hurt while playing basketball and soccer that puts me at ease.
