Intro: I was looking for a pair of headphones that are good/high quality, but not too expensive.... So I found this ones, seeing that it haves excellent reviews I said why not trying them. I wasn't sure at first, but the 30 day money back guarantee kind of convinced me to buy them (it did worried me that it didn't have many reviews and that all of them are 5 stars; it looked odd to me)Good points:- High quality sound- Good battery- Bass not boosted; It's the right amount (I prefer it not boosted)- Nice design (The headphones look just like in the pictures)- Nothing was missing from the package- They are comfortable- Radio is on pointBad points :- A bit heavy (my neck started to hurt after a long time)- Had some problems at first with the Bluetooth connection, I sorted it out though. But, even when I'm in range, sometimes it interrupts (I assumed that it might be cus of the walls or other devices interfering; I'm not sure why to be honest)- The "play/pause" button and the "next/Volume +" & "previous/Volume -" buttons don't work when you use the wire, only works when they're on and connected with Bluetooth (I was expecting them to work when I use the line cable, cus any earphones with buttons work all the time... Idk maybe I'm wrong); Also, I didn't try the call button and I didn't use it's built-in EQ yet- The line cables... The metallic thing falls apart and I'm afraid that I might lose it (Check the photos and you'll understand)- The MAIN reason I want my money back : Weak Material. It haves small cracks, really small; so unnoticeable that I saw them by mistake. ( I tried my best to highlight in the photos the cracks. I know, my phone camera isn't the best and I hope you can all see it)All I've been doing since I bought this headphones is to put them on and then take them off my head. I didn't drop them, I didn't hit the wall with them, I didn't step on them. I really took care of them, cus £50 isn't a cheap price and I don't want to waste my money.If I will get my money back, I'll give it 4 stars.Edit: I got my money back. The company kindly contacted me and sorted it out for me. Great services

These headphones are great, got them on prime day and I am more than happy with them, much better than other headphones I have bought for more than double the price!
