Excellent value!
Solid calipers that give the impression of better quality that one might expect from plastic calipers. And when research shows that the results are almost identical to Harpenden calipers [Schmidt & Carter, 1990] at fraction of the price, what's not to like! They were a bit bigger than I expected but not that it disturbs me.

Skin fold caliper
I didn’t find the item easy to use. The instructions weren’t very clear. It is now sitting in my drawer rendered unused.

Look elsewhere for instructions
For a first time user the Chinese to English instructions are completely useless. Impossible to measure oneself as there is no latching mechanism. For what amounts to a bit of plastic and no instructions of any use this is very poor value.
