Welp, I had to do a double-take when I saw these - did they really say what I think they say??They do. And they're awesome. You definitely won't find these at Target or Walmart.Note that they do not have a gusset (the little cotton pocket/part that's there for absorbency or attaching a liner.)I got the size large. The waistband is pretty stretchy, so even though they looked small to me at first.. they went on just fine. The waistband, fresh out of the zip-lock package, stretches from 14-inches (relaxed) to 18-inches (stretched). So out of the package, anyone with a 28-inch waist to a 36-inch waist can wear this panty. You can tighten it and also loosen it so it stretches about 4 more inches (2 inches on each side). So if your waist is more than 40-inches, do not order this as it will not fit you. If you have less than a 28-inch waist, you may have to tighten the adjusters a little bit, and more than 36-inches you will have to loosen them.OK, for $12 it's a little expensive for a basic, somewhat cheap novelty panty, but it is pretty funny. It fit me fine without needed to adjust it. My only real complaint is that it doesn't look exactly like the pictures. In the pictures, the letters are close to each other -- within 5 rings of each other -- so it is obvious what they spell. In the product I got, the letters are spaced far apart -- within 9 rings of each other -- and since the letters are kind of small -- it looks weird. The small letters are just spaced too far apart on the one I got. So because of this, I am a little disappointed.There's also no gusset, thus no period protection, and the heavy belt that serves as the G-string doesn't feel good between my buttocks. This is not the kind of panty you'd want to wear out or wear all day; it's the kind of panty you wear in the bedroom for bedroom play.
