GSD "Titania" Pasta Machine, Silver

Nearly went for another manufacturer, as have an old Imperia machine, that's a little worse for wear. Although to be fair I think the destruction was my fault, wrong dough consistency in my early days of pasta making, dough getting into mechanism, not being cleaned well. But many experienced pasta makers seem to keep faith with this one, so went with it.Happy bunny, solid works well, prefer the cutter being built into the machine, than my previous detachable ones. Hopefully last me a good few years, now Ive mastered dough, and try to remember to give it a clean with dry brush and cloth.

The machine is as I expected. However, the box (besides being extremely damaged on arrival) has clearly been opened. I don't mind the damage too much but my problem is that the handle and clamp look like they have been used and washed many times before (maybe even been put through a dishwasher a few times, as the metal is scuffed and worn). I'm very disappointed because it is a Christmas present. Even the instruction manual looks old and used. However, the machine itself is new and seems sturdy/ working. If there are any problems with it at all I will be demanding a full refund.

I purchased a cheaper version of this type of pasta machine and it was terrible It kept making black marks in the pasta dough no matter how many times I passed dough through it.No such problems with this machine, It's a joy to use and my pasta sheets are a wonder to behold . . .Tasty to.

This is a replacement for my mum's old machine of the same make which had been well used. This model is of the same high quality and does the job really well. Would buy again.

Probably the best pasta machine l know, l am a chef and Italian so l presume l know what I am talking about. I was looking for a pasta machine for home and Imperia titania satisfied me 100%. In my restaurant l am using the same model and is no joke 20 years old and still working perfectly.

Purchased to make gluten-free pasta. Was a disaster. Box was damaged when it arrived (although product fine). But it was such a faff to make the pasta with I have returned it as feel it's easier if I just roll it by hand!

Bought for my sister's birthday - sturdy product which was genuinely shipped from Italy so the box was slightly damaged but otherwise happy.

Really good quality, very solid, metal clamp, no plastic to snap off, machine is more like a professional one, others I've seen are far from this standard of quality, highly recommended. Ordered 17:15 last night delivered by prime the next day.
