Good quality
Absolutely satisfied with this ceiling curtain track! It’s versatile and perfect for my bay window, making the space feel larger and more elegant. The flexibility to bend and curve around edges is a game-changer. Installation was a breeze and the smooth gliding action is exactly what I needed for my RV and room dividers. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enhance their space!

"some assembly required" - not for the faint of heart do-it-yourselfer
The 20" unit is hard to attach especially for just one person. It feels as robust as what I would want for a commercial installation, but the flexibility for which I chose this creates havoc when trying to install it without any assistance. It took a lot of thought and effort to figure out how to support the unit while attaching it to the ceiling mounts. I was adding a free standing rail below floor joists so could attach it to the rail before lifting it. I could only image the difficulty attaching something so flexible and heavy to an existing ceiling might create. The unit comes with plenty of clips (bottom and side attachment). but I bought a box of wood screws since this only comes with drywall anchors. The clips can not handle the twisting force resulting from any loss of control during installation. They are designed to handle approx. one foot worth of the total load (which is adequate for even heavy curtains).Overall, the flexibility was perfect for even tight bends. And it seemed well enough built that I could easily see using it in a commercial setting such as a hospital treatment area. Consequently, I would recommend it.

It’s confusing at first, but watching a video online helped
The images on the manual were a little confusing to follow, but once I took a couple reads of it and searched up some tutorials on yt, it became much more easier! I’m not experienced it DIY things, especially curtain stuff, but this was simple to learn how to do and very easy once I got the hang of it, it’s not a quick or easy process, you need to put some effort to learn if your inexperienced like me, but it was worth it! I haven’t hanged the curtain yet or put the roller things, but I can tell it’s gonna be good! I’ll update you guys after I’m finished!

nice, surprise find, fits my needs
I have a big dumb window in my tub/shower surround. Yes, a window blind worked well for privacy, but it did not provide cold weather draft protection. I wanted the window dressing to extend beyond the window frame and I also wanted the mounting to be as flush to the wall as possible without causing damage to wall with screws and brackets. Also, I wanted it to be easy and simple to pull back the window dressing to let in the sunshine, and to be able to leave the window fully open on warmer days. After a couple of failed ideas, I finally found this and it works well for my application.

Good for a cheap quick fix
Very difficult to un curl from the small roll of looped track it arrives in. Needs tools to properly cut to a smaller size. Not enough hooks for the track to hang curtains that look nice. Wall mount pieces also only snap into place so its a bit difficult to get them to stay up. If you need a cheap simple room divider tho, this is a good option. As curtains hanger tho I was kinda disappointed and will be replacing them when I get a chance.

For 1 Window ONLY
I have two cons for this rod (I know I'm going negative first but would rather end with the positives). First, if you are needing to divide for more than one window, don't. There are only two end caps. The listing is accurate, but it didn't register I can't use it for three windows until I was mounting the second! There is no telephone number on the instructions that came with the track. I actually mounted the track in my SUV for privacy when I am teaching online (in a campground, park, etc.). Adults unbelievably peer in the windows which is as distracting as rude. I was able to use the holes from the handles above each door and plugs over back. The rod was difficult to cut and straighten (second con). I suggest using a good saw so the ends of the track do not go out of shape. There is metal in the middle. Once the plastic was cut, I used wire cutters. Be careful the edge is highly sharp! I also recommend measuring out a couple of times and cutting before mounting, too. Now the pros. Once the track was straightened out, it molded to the curvature of the SUV ceiling wonderfully! I have left it up to stretch and will remove to remove wave. It won't lay flush because of the contour of ceiling and handles indent but will attempt to remove the waves. I love it. I handmade my curtains and am designing a way for the top band to extend over the track, for aesthetic reasons only!

Ugly
Does not look good it's doable to close off closet but will have to replace with something better looking. The plastic strip shows on top, looking cheap.
