Got this to replace my existing remote which inconsiderate decorators broke when working at my home. It arrived very quickly andcame complete with 2 batteries. Very easy to link to the main head unit so I was up and running in a matter of 60 seconds. Only issue I have is the outrageous price. There is no way these are worth even a quarter of the near £40 they are being sold for but to a degree, you are being held over a barrel as there aren't many alternatives.

Wanted to replace lost remote key for automated garage door. I asked for a quote from the company that installed my garage door, they quoted £58!! I had the make and model number for the key so decided to shop elsewhere. Came across this seller with excellent reviews, and at half the price. Key arrived on time, batteries are already installed. Used a small screw driver to push a small catch inwards on the motor control. this flip the clear plastic cover open to get to the control panel. Following the clear instructions that came with the key, it literally took seconds to sync remote key. For my motor, round button on key is to operate garage door, oval button to operate light that is included on my motor control. Very happy with product from this seller and would definitely use them again.

We needed a replacement garage door remote control for our Novomatic 553 because we had lost the original. The garage door was installed around 2005 and the original remote was the rectangular type with two blue buttons. On the back of the old remote: Novotron 302; MNHS 433-02-00.I had to do a little research to check that the model number of the replacement remote was correct and would match up as it was not that obvious. The new remote (Novoferm Tormatic MAX 43-2 Novotron 502 433.92MHz) is a direct replacement for the now obsolete original but the numbers are different. The only other external difference is the shape of the remote which was originally rectangular and is now triangular. After following the instructions to tether the new remote to the Novomatic 553 garage door motor, it worked first time and my remaining original remote continued to function as normal.I am a satisfied customer and the delivery was ahead of the original date.

Arrived earlier than expected. Only instructions for programming is a very small leaflet with pictures on. Doesn’t tell/explain anything really with regard to programming so have taken battery out and inserted this into my old device.
