One of my ears has started losing hearing, but I really don't want to go to a doctor and pay for an expensive set of hearing aids because honestly its just not that bad. This is a good way to try a product like this out before making a larger investment. These amplify sounds so that people don't need to repeat themselves and so you can leave the TV at a reasonable level. The case easily holds the hearing aids and also acts as a charger. It includes a USB-C cable but you will need your own power brick. Once charged they last an entire day. There are several tips included to fit many different sized ears.There is a small wire sticking out of the device that is used to more easily remove the hearing aid from your ear. They are small and discreet - which i like.My largest complaint is how difficult it is to adjust the volume. There is an included tool (a small flat screwdriver) that you need to use to turn a small plastic screw. While you should only need to do this once, it is rather difficult to adjust for anyone who has trouble seeing up close.

These hearing aids amplify sound really well. The volume control is a little tricky to use especially if your elderly person has a hard time gripping small items

They charged up quickly. They fit in the charging/carrying case well. The instructions are poorly translated but understandable. I tried the different tips and none of them fit comfortably in my ears. The instructions say if there is sound, try another tip, but that didn't seem to work. All I get is squealing from them when I try to make them work. The other reviews are good, so this may well be user error. I'll try again another day and and I will add to this review then to tell what happened with a second try.

These in ear hearing aids work very well. They are designed like earbuds with a rechargeable case. The earbuds turn on when removed from the case, and are supposed to charge when back in the case. There is a very small volume adjuster. I do not recommend adjusting the volume with your hand as there is a two sided tool that comes with it one side for cleaning the other for adjusting the volume that works very well. It comes with several replacement covers and a USB C wire as well. The buds are color coded blue and red for left and right and marked as well. Start off at a low volume and adjust from there. I took a star away for two reasons one it took me a while to get one of them to work without having a very loud feedback whistle in my ear. The other the lights on the box don't seem to work unless plugged in. The buds themselves once in and not ringing, work very well at magnifying sound.

So my moms hearing hasn’t been the best for the past couple of years. She has refused to get any hearing aids. I saw these and thought of her immediately. After encouraging her to just try them and see if she likes them, I’m happy to say she does like them and is trying to get used to wearing them. She only wears them a few hours a day (trying to get her used to it). They charge like the iPhone wireless headphones and she’s familiar with that so that’s good. I think these are good and she s not asking us to repeat ourselves while wearing them.

The charging indicator light comes up while plugged in and the earpiece works fine but as soon as the charging cord is unplugged, the device shuts off and stops working.

It was comfortable to wear all day, I could hear everything on the lowest setting, it really helped with my tinnitus, and overall I was happy with my purchase.
